Fire. Chicken empanadas are insanely delicious. Especially with the green dipping sauce. I could eat them morning noon and night.

**This review is for their Gainesville location that opened not long ago…read more You know my love for Venezuelan food so the fact that Gainesville now has another Venezuelan food spot is a huge YES for me. They have a fun menu but my main go to is their pastelitos because they are hard to find. Call ahead like I did and get some pastelitos to go!! @don.arepacho is inside a Mobil gas station off Browns Bridge Rd in Gainesville. I've been back a few times and every items has been good, but be warned, if you order the VERGATARIA burger, make sure you're hungry AND have your stretchy pants on... that thing is NOT playing Their dining area isn't what I would call a full dine in set up, they have a few small tables in case you decide to eat there but it isn't a full DINE IN restaurant like the spot they have in Norcross. If you show up at any get together with pastelitos... everyone will love you, ask me how I know Get your order in and let me know if you can finish off that burger!!! Pictured here LA VERGATARIA - Venezuelans have always liked dressing up their burgers, so don't be surprised by this. In between the buns you'll find the following: a burger patty, grilled chicken, pork tenderloin, bacon, egg, little pepito fries, American cheese, queso de mano (soft white cheese). You're gonna have to be comfortable with getting a little messy here Pastelitos - These are Venezuelan pastelitos, my favorite. You can order a variety of types like ground beef, cheese and potato, pizza, cheese, chicken, or mini pateslitos which are AWESOME because they are a dollar each so you can grab a variety of them Steak Arepa Chicken Cachapa #rolieats #goodeats #goodfood #venezuelanfood #gainesville #northgeorgia #burgers #pastelitos #cachapas #arepas #donarepacho #latinofood #bigfan

Most Venezuelan restaurants only serve it on Sundays, but here you can come anytime and they'll have it ready. That alone makes it worth coming back. The portions overall are generous and filling, but the empanadas are on the smaller side for the price. They do have a ton of different fillings though -- grilled beef, pabellón, chicken, cheese, ham and cheese, and more. My favorite is definitely the grilled beef one. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit pricey. Two people can easily spend around $60. It's located inside a gas station, which actually makes it kind of cool -- they also sell a bunch of Venezuelan snacks and groceries there, though most of them are overpriced too. Still, it's super convenient since it's close to my house. Right next to Quesitos there's a small bakery that sells Venezuelan desserts like tres leches and brazo gitano, so you can really get all your cravings in one stop. The service today was amazing. A Mexican guy helped us and his attention was 10/10 -- super polite, friendly, and fast. That honestly stood out to me because sometimes service at Venezuelan restaurants can be hit or miss, but he did a great job. Just to clarify, I'm talking specifically about the Quesitos Express location on 3270 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Duluth, Georgia. I couldn't find it here on Yelp, so I'm leaving my review under this one since it's the same company. Everything I mentioned (and the photo I'm adding) is from that location. Overall, Quesitos is a great spot for Venezuelan comfort food if you don't mind paying a little extra.

The beef empanada was great could use a little more seasoning but the green mayo sauce was wonderful with it . Sadly the Pizza Pastelito wasn't too good it had a very off flavor to it it was almost inedible . Not sure if it was minced ham or a makeshift oily red sauce but that should definitely be taken off the menu. Staff was efficient and kind . Option to sit at the bar and enjoy a meal or grab something to go.

What does this review have in common with social media? A lot. It starts with a name. Mr. Chime Time off of TikTok who is in his Atlanta food tour reviewing places both recommended and self-discovered. He came here and ordered the popular items and did a review on his TikTok channel so after hearing it buzz around social media, I knew I had to check it out. I have never had Venezuelan food either so this was pretty cool to check out considering I live near here so I needed to definitely try this little hidden gem of a place. Apparently, Todo Frito is a chain and they've done very well for themselves. This location is tucked in the Breckenridge Commons plaza off Breckenridge Rd in Duluth and it definitely is a hidden gem! The restaurant itself is a little tiny place that seats roughly 30 people between tables and booths with outdoor seating as well. The staff is courteous, professional, and prompt with their customer interactions. There isn't much "serving" going on as the ladies who work there don't really set the tables or bus the tables either but the point of service portion between customer and establishment is very efficient. They don't lay down menus there, you come up and look at the menu before ordering and they wait for you to order so that's refreshing in terms of customer service. So I had to go with the AREPAS, an extremely messy, flavorful, saucy mix of shredded beef, coleslaw, house sauces, that takes up space between two maize flatbread patties. Get ready for it because it comes out piping hot! But it's well worth the finger burn because this is the real deal. The shredded beef is flavorful, rich, complex with the spices, and tender. The maize flatbread is toasted beautiful that adds a definitive crunch. The sauce mix both has this mayo with a garlic punch with an additional tomato based sauce that is drizzled into it. The queso de mano I'll admit isn't melted enough when the sandwich arrives and you'll have to wait for it to melt in a decent manner which is why waiting to eat the stuff is key because the moment I started on my second arepa, the cheese melted adding a whole new texture to an already wide swatch of textures that were going on. The cabbage coleslaw isn't as creamy and adds a very different crunch that adds freshness to the whole sandwich and it's that slaw that ties the whole thing together. I don't have much of a reference to know what to gauge good Venezuelan food on but with this being my first taste into Venezuelan food, I'm thoroughly impressed with it and will go back to try some other ones. The only gripe I have is that it can be a bit pricey. Not TOO pricey but when the sandwiches start at $12.99 plus tax (service charge) and then they charge for water at an extra $1, $15+ for two arepas is a bit excessive. However, if you're okay with the pricepoint, then by all means check out this location in Duluth. You could also visit their other locations throughout the ATL area!
