Good taco. Good quesadilla. Not too many people. .. That I love about. Good customer service. Nice and polite just the way I like it.

Oh dear God someone labeled a 2 star a five star by mistake. Is this a Texas thing because I have been wondering why the star ratings are so messed up. The 3 stars are four stars, the 3 stars are 5 stars. First, the location of this place is in a gas station. A real gas station. Omg. While that itself is not a problem, the shear fact that this was like a small carry out. Look there is no way this is close to five stars. Please take a look at the pictures and see. The food is really bland and the plastic plates and cups scream, I am a two star place. Please use caution. I am not a person to put down a restaurant but Texas has forced me to do front the fact that it is more than the food. It is a lot more. There was a tv on in the eating area. There is a door marker restrooms that leads to a gas station. I mean come on. Come on!! There just has to be more. You know. Just more! There are no menus, just a bunch of words on a board behind the counter with no prices. Come on!!!! Terrible. Just terrible. If this food was authentic. I am a pirate.

You can tell this is a true family-owned restaurant, and that personal touch makes a huge difference. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the biggest smiles. Sabino and his family made us feel welcome right away, and the service from his daughters was absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. And the FOOD... We started with the chips and queso, and that queso was easily one of the best I've had in a long time. You can taste that it's made in-house, and the jalapeños on the side were the perfect touch. I ordered the Enchiladas Al Carbon, and they were GOOD AF. The fajita meat was flavorful and tender, and the enchiladas, beans, and rice were all delicious. Even the sides stood out, which says a lot because I'm usually more focused on the main dish. My spouse ordered the chicken mole enchiladas and absolutely loved them. The mole had so much flavor, and was already talking about wanting them again. We also had margaritas. I had one on the rocks and my spouse had a frozen margarita. Both were delicious and, thankfully, they weren't shy with the tequila. Definitely a good margarita! What really stood out to us, though, was the hospitality. There's something special about eating somewhere where the owners and their family are actually there, taking care of their customers and putting their heart into the restaurant. You don't always get that at the bigger Mexican restaurants. If you're in the Humble/Atascocita area, PLEASE give Sabino's a try. This is exactly the kind of local, family-owned business that deserves our support. Great food, strong margaritas, friendly people, and that welcoming feeling like you're eating at someone's family table along with great music playing. We will absolutely be back!

About five minutes before we passed Sabino's, I opened the app and saw the reviews. Great timing! We entered, and there was a customer standing in the front. We asked her if Sabino's was good and she began to rave about their food! She was right! Firstly, the service was extraordinary. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We ordered mixed fajitas for two. Yummy! Hot, seasoned well, and the tortillas...amazing. The guacamole was SO GOOD, I thought about ordering some to take home, but we live two hours away. We have a ton of leftovers, which I'm probably going to break out around midnight. Don't sleep on this place! We'll be back!

We ordered pupusas, barbacoa, and a burrito. The pupusas were AMAZING (we got the kids' one), and they came with rice and beans that were also really good. The barbacoa came with two tortillas and was flavorful without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated since I'm not a fan of sweet barbacoa. My mom had the burrito and felt it could've had more flavor, but overall the food was still solid. The staff was super friendly, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and it was a comfortable spot to grab lunch. Definitely a great place to stop if you're hungry and want a satisfying, casual meal. We were planning to get dinner at Pappadoux or Pappasito's, but when I looked them up on Yelp, the reviews were not great. Instead, I stumbled upon Letty's and called to see if they had room for our large group. They were incredibly accommodating, and they were able to seat the 13 of us together with only 30 minutes of notice. The decor was fun and beautiful, the food was fantastic (esp the ribeye appetizer,) but it was the staff / team who truly stood out and made our experience so fantastic. From the jefe holding the door open to welcoming us, to our server suggesting off-menu vegetarian options, we could hardly believe how welcome we felt. The restaurant was spacious, clean and incredibly chic / well designed and though we had already eaten too much earlier that day, the drinks and dinner had fantastic flavor, great portion sizes and most importantly.. they were served with so much love. My brother and I stopped in for carryout breakfast tacos on a Sunday morning. Alas, they didn't have brisket breakfast tacos, but had some good alternatives. Their flour tortilla is the choice here, and I believe it is Sonoran style: good enough to just eat by itself. My absolute favorite was the barbacoa ($3.25), very tender stewed beef with added onion and cilantro...not meant to be a breakfast taco I think. The other 3 tacos I tried did have egg. The potato & egg ($3.25) had big chunks of potato and plenty of egg: very filling not particularly tasty. The chorizo and egg ($3.25) was was prepared together, with the small chorizo pieces mixed in with the egg. And the fajita and egg ($4.79) used two slices of skirt steak flavored with fajita flavoring...for my preference, works better in skillet fajitas than in a breakfast taco. They also have menudo on the weekends, and both their corn and flour tortillas are homemade. As mentioned before, the flour tortillas are really good, and the barbacoa is definitely worth a visit.
