Had a very good experience this week. On line I was unable to get an appointment earlier than 9:45 so I just showed up just before they opened at 8. The worst blood test Ive ever had! Waiting at 9 AM until 10:30 then after all that stress... the girl proceeds to inform me about a small amount of money I owe before she is taking the blood! The blood test hurt so bad I thought I would pass out. Ill never go back there and stick with West Hills or Westlake. What a horrible day! read more

Checked in / signed in at 847am, and at 1008am I am still waiting to have labs drawn... everyone in the waiting room arrived after me and we are all just waiting .... the three lab techs here keep wandering around and every now and then take some one with an appt about 25 minutes after they arrive.... worst Quest lab ever!! I've never waited more than 15 minutes at any location I've gone to, I'm afraid to leave because I don't want to have to wait another 2 hours when I come back.... these techs need to be fired for wasting time and not processing the labs and lab draws that are present. I'm already late for work and will probly get fired ... staff states unwilling to give a note either... go to any other location or plan to wait for 1.5- 2 hours at this location .... read more

If you do a walk-in beware of slow service with very little help. It's a new facility so fixtures and fittings are nice. We're left in the waiting room with no information at all. The staff try to be helpful but they are short staffed to properly operate the facility and come across as rude. A little customer service will go a long way here. Couple of people gave up after almost an hour of waiting! read more

Went to Quest on a weekday morning.Worst place. Avoid if all possible!! Waited for almost one hour and Rosa at front desk was not helpful. When asked how much longer it would take, she sarcastically responded it could be another hour or 10 min. They had other staff so being 'short-staff' is not an excuse here. They clearly need to re-evaluate their process and train staff for better customer service. If you in the same building, go to CLA lab instead. Left Quest and went to CLA and was in and out of CLA in less than 15 min (despite one patient ahead of me and only one CLA staff - now that's efficient!) CLA rocks but Quest SUCKS! read more

I am only giving a 1 star because a zero is not an option. WORST place I have ever been to. In the middle of the afternoon they had one person working the entire area. She makes molasses seem like it's moving fast. If you have all day to spend getting a 2 minute blood draw then this is your place! read more

I was kept waiting for over an hour even though I had made an appt online. Because the Agoura Hills office check in is not with an actual person, apparently I was logged in as a walk in. After waiting patiently for 45 minutes I went to the front desk and when I showed them my confirmed appt email, they pointed out to me that my appt was actually in suite 101. This was news to me as when I made my online appt I selected Agoura Hills rather than Westlake Village and that was the only indication for a location. By this time I was advised that there were two walk ins ahead of me and if I could just wait until after them to be seen. A man standing next to me made the comment that they should seriously take me before anyone else! His suggestion was ignored and I waited for another 15 minutes. In the meantime two different young women in their 20's came in the waiting area and told the front desk that they had gone down to the first floor and that an employee named Mario had injured their arms as he unsuccessfully tried three or four times to "find a vein." These were healthy young women! At this point I had been waiting over an hour. I went to the front desk again and very kindly but firmly said they needed to see me now and that under no circumstances would I go down to the first floor. Another women spoke up and said she had gone down to that office as she was directed and there was a post it note saying the office was closed for lunch! The employees looked at each other and then said well they go to lunch at 11. Problem was that it was 10:50! When I was finally getting my blood drawn I told the phlebotomist that I had specifically made my appt and had arrived 5 minutes early because I did not want to wait in the waiting room and possibly come in contact the the flu. I currently am caring for a newborn and did not want to be around any ill people. He was very understanding and apologized several times. Very nice man. However at this point there was really nothing to be done. He also explained that they now did have two offices in this medical building because when the lease ran out on the second floor office they were going to consolidate and have one office on the first floor. As I left the building, I noticed a sign that Kramer's pharmacy had put on their door informing people that they had now had tamaflu in stock. Oh the irony of it all! read more

Worst customer service ever!!! I'm sick and tired of how this system works. It's completely flawed. I hate them and the staff is horrible.

I am sitting with my 9 year old. I've been waiting with him for a simple blood test for over an hour and a half. There were only a few people ahead of us but it was about 20 mins between people. There is only one person working here and everyone here says that's always the case. The woman working was sweet and trying to work fast but she couldn't do it all without making people wait an excessive amount of time. And after all of that wait we almost got turned away because something on the form from doctor was illegible and the drs office almost closed while we were waiting. Phew. I will try to get into a different lab next time. read more

0 Stars! This lab took a routine female blood panel from me that my doctor ordered . They did not know how to read the order so they had to call the doctor and redo the whole order while I sat there waiting to give blood. The first girl was going to be stuck in traffic so headed me over in the middle of it to Rosa who was very rude I did not know what she was doing she took 10 vials of blood for me my doctor receive the results and they did not test my estrogen.. unreal how do you do a female blood panel without testing for estrogen levels.. they were probably in a hurry because they had several people in the waiting room who had waited a long time.. this Quest should be under review by their company I've done this test 20 times and it's been in and out with all the results that I needed.. read more

Even though I came on time they didn't even check me in for almost an hour. People came very late for appointments and instead of turning them away it pushed everyone else back. A lady came in with a child that was so ill coughing all over the room. The lady at the front desk ignored it never offering a mask for the clearly very sick child. And the lady checking people in, answering phones, processing payments...same one doing blood draw and sample collecting. No one else works here apparently. How can you run a business, during a very obvious busy time, with one only employee? This is the last time here for me. read more
