They have a clever system: Before entering, you check in at a computer kiosk outside of the suite by scanning your drivers license and then scanning your insurance card. The computer then matches you up with your appointment record and whatever test was ordered by your doctor. It also notifies the one employee that you have arrived. The phlebotomist who works there is really very nice, quite patient and easygoing, so she puts one at ease. I was the only patient during my late afternoon visit.

Respectfully why is it so hard to get an email? I've emailed documents to the UPS store for labels and it takes 30 seconds tops. She was very condescending. I've been a couple times before this with a normal wait time (20 mins is acceptable) but to wait this long and be treated like that for a very easy accommodation is just absolutely ridiculous. I won't be coming back. I've NEVER been a Karen regarding establishments having worked in the service industry myself but this is just crazy.

One of the women behind the window informed me I needed to sign in using the kiosk and have a seat. I did that, shortly after I was called to the window for my ID and insurance card for copies to be made. Took a seat in the waiting area and within minutes I was told to take a seat in room two. The phlebotomist came in and took my labs. The process was quick and painless. I had a good experience.

And all the people there that are the actual phlebotomist do excellent jobs. You barely feel anything. It's like a mosquito they're very well trained. Because phlebotomy is a specialty and it takes a lot of training to be that good. There was a lengthy delay between being registered and the first scheduled test, and the time that I was there from beginning to end was over 2 hours. The room was full and people were beginning to be on edge. When the team members were questioned about the lengthy delay, the retort was "you need to read the terms". My husband and I have been attending these types of events for 6+ years, and this one was the most unorganized and unprofessional team. With the expense that both my husband & I paid, the service received was certainly lacking. We have no intentions of using this organization again.
