I use this location on Windsor for blood tests--whoosh, in and out. Everyone is always courteous, and professional, and they get the job done. I do have to call more than once sometimes for an appointment, but seriously, that disagreeable phenomenon is not a Carle Exclusive.

The Physical Therapy department is the only part of this facility I have ever needed…read more They were very profressional. The staff explained the excercises to me. For the most part I did land based simple stretches. On occassion they did use a tens unit to help with muscle tension. I did see some improvement with these approaches. Overall it was a very friendly and welcoming environment. The physical therapy room was small and the equipement they had was rather limited but adequate. Honestly I preferred a smaller room with more privacy than some of the alternatives offered elsewhere. I did recover from the injuries that I needed the physical therapy for. That is the purpose of physical therapy, to recover from an injury or surgery. And I am very grateful that I had an opportunity to do so. Because without physical therapy i would have not have been able to walk right and do many other things. Thankyou so much! You all are such a blessing!

This is the only form that the Army accepts for time off and physical limitations. I have never, ever had to pay to have this form filled out, neither have the Soldiers I serve with. It sounds like they also charge to complete VA paperwork. What a scam. Actually a quick Google search shows that requiring payment for a DA Form 7809 isnt even legal, I am running this through the JAG office. I want my money back!

You can park in the main lot or you can park in the Busey lots across University if you are sly about it. MTD gets you there easily, too. You enter in through the main door and go to any of a bank of receptionists on your left in the back by the elevators. Give em your last name and your co-pay and they'll send you up to see the doc with your receipt. For being 'just' receptionists, these folks are remarkably helpful and knowledgeable about various aspects of the confusing and never fun process of getting medical care. They make it (ahem) as painless as possible. You are not alone, after typing that last one I hate myself too. Anyway, with receipt in hand, head to the elevators and find your doc on one of the upper floors. I have never waited long at Christie Clinic, either in the waiting room or in the exam room, but there are TVs tuned to depressing daytime programming in case you do. Take care of biz w/ your doc and you're off. If you were given a script, the pharmacy next to the door is fast, well-stocked and seemingly pretty cheap.

Do not trust this establishment. They ripped me off $400 and refused to give it back.
