They have a little complimentary coffee bar and water area. However, by the time you may notice it, you will likely be called back. They are super fast and efficient. Including getting the results to the doctor on the same day. I do wish the website worked better for pulling up a copy. I can't ever seem to log in. They will also print a copy for you there. The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. I will not waste my time with LabCorp or Quest anymore with the level of prompt and courteous service that I get here at Vista.

This experience reflects poorly on your organization and raises serious concerns about how calls are being handled and information is given to patients/clients.

Plenty of parking out front with accessible spaces near the entrance and an accessible entrance. Regardless of who you were seeing you stop at the main desk downstairs to check in. There is almost always multiple people here and they're very fast and efficient. My doctor is on the second floor and you have a choice between the elevator or the staircase. These days I opt for the staircase because my doctors want me exercising as much as possible. It's never a long wait for me as they always bring me in right around my actual appointment time. Everyone is professional and courteous, and the doctor and their staff all listen to what I have to say. My appointments are fairly short as my care is very well managed these days. Even though this doctor is now almost an hour drive for me. I still find it worthwhile to make the trip for the quality of Care.

However, Nobody at the desk, two of the three check in kiosks broken. I had an appointment I booked online, but by the time I was able to check in it was already past time. What a mess. Let it be known that this is no fault of the people who work here. The care they gave was lovely and they were very kind. They're just clearly running it themselves with no management whatsoever.

If you can not administer an appointment website can you really analysis blood work or any other medical test with any accuracy? Totally Incompetent and lack of empathy for the patient.. The waiting room has lots of seating and the women at the front desk are friendly. I was told this location as plenty of availability compared to other SimonMed locations. This proved to be true since I was able to always get appointments quickly and at days and times I wanted. Everything is so clean, from the waiting room to the screening rooms to the restrooms. The bedside manner is wonderful. We had the same technician twice. The technician went step by step with us during my ultrasound to make sure we could see everything. She was sure to get some good pictures of our baby so we had pictures to take home.
