Yesterday my grandson had orders for blood work. The place was empty except for receptionist. First…read morething she said was dogs aren't allowed. I said she is a service dog. She asked what my disability was. I have many but told her severe PTSD. First thing out of her mouth was those dogs aren't allowed in here. She is a registered service dog. I tried to give her my dogs ID card and registration certificate. She refused to look at it and asked me to leave the building. My dog is a Chihuahua that is trained to be a service dog. I told the woman all hospitals and doctors offices allow her in. I've never had any problems with her in appointments. She then decided if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I was extremely upset and asked her was she was being a " bitch" to me and asked if she just hated dogs. I left the building and called my attorney. My grandson then came out and said the lady changed her mind and we are now welcome to come in. I went in for a second to tell her my grandson's labs were sent electronically and she then snapped at me stating "I'm looking". Needless to say we left and I had his doctor mail them so we can go to Labcorp instead. Supervisor called me today apologizing for the receptionist but I will NEVER go back there.

After two hours of waiting, they came out and said sorry we can't take you'll have to come back at a different time. They knew I was sitting there for two hours. Why would you make somebody wait that long? I contacted their corporate office and they said they would look right into it. I followed up with them twice and nobody bothered getting back to me. I have tried to use LabCorp a few times over the past couple of years to get blood drawn for my…read moreannual physical. Without fail every time they don't have my doctors order when I go there. Apparently, they're notorious for this. I called my primary care yesterday to make sure they sent the order and they warned me to make sure that LabCorp has it because of their experiences with them not having the orders. I tried calling yesterday to make sure and nobody answered the phone. Left a voicemail telling why I was calling and of course nobody called me back. I go in there this morning to get blood work done and Yep, no order plus the computer system was down. I recommend using a different lab for these services.
