My 1st visit last year and the visit today made me very angry and frustrated at how unprofessional a medical office can be. During both visits they could not find the fax that my doctor had sent over for the test. I had called multiple times for both visits and could not get thru..left messages and got no call backs to confirm they had my orders. The staff didn't express any concern or remore and just blamed the doctor and me for not calling. I went to UCHealth Labs as a walkin and they had me in and out in 5 minutes and the experience was so professional and I felt they cared. I thought the staff at Labcorp seemed like a lowclass medical office....just pushing people thru like cattle. I will NEVER go to this office again. It's like a "sh_tshow".

I don't care which facility you go to, it's clear that…read morethe staff cannot focus on their job because there are too few of them - I even had someone in the middle of a blood draw excuse herself to answer the phone once! About half the time they blow out my veins if they can even find them and I leave with bruises; and a couple of times when I've told them I have small veins and they might want a butterfly needle I've been snapped at because "they know what they're doing". But worst of all is the fact that recently, their website has just stopped working, and you can click a million links without getting a chance to make an appointment. Not that it matters in a way, since you're going to be waiting forever no matter what! They're pretty much the only game in town, so this is a great opportunity for someone to start a functional business that actually treats patients like they give a damn. It's inexcusable for any business to be this consistently bad, but especially when people rely on them for their health!

Their…read morevoicemail message (don't expect a live person to ever answer the phone) gives the parking garage code for use only if you need handicapped parking. I appreciated this accommodation the first time I went there. Today, however, the voicemail box has been full all day long, preventing me from accessing the garage code info. With all of the construction going on in the area, street parking is not an option for me. In the past I have left a message and never received a callback. Also, the waiting area is so tight that there is no space for a wheelchair user to sit along the perimeter of the room. Imagine having to wait in the center of a full waiting room nearly touching the person seated behind you. It sucks.

The process is simple, you order and pay for tests online, make an appt or walk-in, check-in via the kiosk, wait to get your blood drawn, then go home and you'll receive the detailed results with 1-3 days. I waited for only a few minutes even though there were a few people before me. The Phlebotomist and I had a nice chat (Ashwaghanda) and I was out of there within minutes. The results started coming in the next morning, all within 24 hours. The best part is the very detailed information that comes with your results. Very educational and helpful. I am very impressed with the operation and very happy to have it. (My regular doctor would not order re-tests for items that flagged high. Quest/Ultra Labs helped me to help myself!) It's a win-win!

I've been to this location of Quest before and they've been great so I made my appointment confident that they'd treat me right. That didn't ease all my fears though so I was still pensive on my drive there. Their reminder and check in texts were appreciated. I misjudged traffic and ended up being half an hour early. Parked right in front of the building and decided to check in early since they do take walk-ins giving preference to appointments of course. The signage made the process easy. The kiosks were simple to use and self explanatory. Checked that I would wait in the waiting area instead of in my vehicle. The tech came to get me about five minutes later. She obtained my blood work order and deets while I settled in. I explained about my difficult veins and chatted on to ease my nervousness. Tina was excellent and after feeling my veins she picked one. Stuck the needle in once while I looked away and we were done. Hallelujah! I definitely recommend this location and Tina. TIRZEPITIDE AT VITALOGY IS INEFFECTIVE…read more The FDA has made it illegal to compound or sell tirzepatide in early 2025, although they are not strictly enforcing it. BUT DON'T BE FOOLED. You might not care about the FDA, but that is not the point. The compounded product DOES NOT WORK because the ingredients to make it were stockpiled late last year with the imminent medspa/tirzepitide cease and desist. Stockpiling, or hoarding, ingredients to sell later renders a drug useless, and the public needs to know these ingredients actually DO expire. Not only that, in shipping ingredients can get warm, making it more INEFFECTIVE. The labs have been so inconsistent, especially at Vitalogy, where they have encountered roadblocks with production from their labs. They kept changing how it is dosed and administered, but never disclosed to me WHY, other than "problems with the labs" and I was misled the entire time. The truth is they are not allowed to be selling Tirzepitide, and the products they get from the compounding facilities are made WEAK or from EXPIRED ingredients. MY STORY: I've spent literally thousands of dollars here since early summer of 2024 in an effort to boost insulin and curb hunger. I started at 162 (female, 5'6"), and immediately lost 7 pounds in two weeks, then lost and additional 11 pounds over the course of about 9 months. I thought something was fishy, but had no idea what. I continually had to increase the dose, and by March of 2025 I was gaining weight and constantly hungry. I hobbled along on Vitalogy's product for another 6 months, working very hard to just to maintain my loss, thinking the problem was me. However, I was recently told by my doctor that any compounded Tirzepatide I was using had expired since, basically, January. I am livid, but there is nothing I can do about it. My doctor prescribed me Zepbound, and I now am using it directly through the Eli Lilly website on a "self-pay" plan, which is actually CHEAPER then what Vitalogy is selling their garbage for. At my last visit I was told my weight stall was my own fault, because I need 1,300 calories just to maintain my current weight. If I could eat that, or less, I would easily lose the weight or maintain the loss completely on my own--- WITHOUT PAYING $200 per shot/week!!! In other words, the Tirzepatide is supposed to do it's job. That's what we are paying for, and the bottom line is that their product DOES NOT WORK! I told my doctor I am only taking my for weightloss and he's fine with that, because Mounjaro is for diabetes patients and Zepbound is for weight loss patients. Insurance covers Zepbound for obesity, and since I am not considered obese and just want to lose a few more pounds and maintain the loss, I must self-pay. I am totally fine with that. If you are considering taking this medication see your doctor. It is easy to find someone to prescribe this medication. Your insurance might cover it (what could be better than that?!), and if they don't, Eli Lilly puts you on a self-pay plan that is $500 per (4) shots, regardless of the dose (and even less $$ if it's for starting doses of 2.5 or 5mg). I can even use my HSA card to pay. Nothing beats being under the care of a real doctor, and taking the REAL medicine. I WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS!!!!! NO MED SPA should be trusted!! This is my story with Vitalogy, but every other spa is like this. None of them are legally allowed to sell compounded Tirzepatide anymore. I am livid that Vitalogy just kept taking my money and no one ever said a thing to me. I was misled.
