It has been over a week meanwhile my coworkers went to various other facilities for testing and received their results in 48 hours. All my coworkers are back to work while I wait for Quest results. Quest is overcommitting their services and are unable to provide results in a timely manner further contributing to an already bad economy . If you are an employer or employee seeking a corona test you should avoid any facility using Quest diagnostics.

She gave me the option of omitting that test (which I did) and getting my doctor to request it with the code next time. Now THAT is a five-star experience!

They ask you file an inquiry after 5 days which I did and still nothing, You cannot reach a live human being for REAL assistance .Meanwhile my coworkers who live elsewhere went to various testing sites and ALL received their results in 48 hours, Meanwhile I sit here unproductive waiting. Quest is overcommitting their services and unable to provide Timely test results. If you are an employee or employer I would avoid sites using Quest Diagnostics for test results.

This Quest diagnostics was the worst one I've literally ever been to. I arrived at around 10:20am…read moreon a Saturday, checked in at the kiosk and sat in the waiting room as a walk-in. The employee comes out to lock the doors at 10:30, which was weird because they close at 11? Then she proceeds to walk by me and ask if I have an appointment, to which I say no as I am a walk in but checked in on the kiosk. It is now 10:33 and she tells me I cannot get seen today because they don't take walk ins past 10:30. I explain to her that I checked in on the kiosk before 10:30, and feel as though there is enough time for me to be seen. I also explain to her that nowhere is it posted that they don't take walk ins past 10:30. She tells me to come back on Monday if I want to be seen because even though I checked in before 10:30 she has "other stuff going on." I proceed to let her know I will not be returning Monday because of their attitude and lack of respect towards patients. I go to exit and there are 3 other patients LOCKED outside waiting to get in for bloodwork because this employee locked the door at 10:30 when the office closes at 11! I had to let them know as a patient NOT an employee that if they don't have an appointment they would have to leave. Leaving your patients locked outside 30 minutes before closing is ridiculous by any establishment. Leominster Quest needs a complete sweep and restart.

Before I made my way out there along snowy roads, I called and asked if they were open and if they had equipment to detect pneumonia. They assured me they did so I told them I was leaving and would be there shortly. This was around 4 pm (they close at 8 pm). Ten minutes later I arrived and the place was closed. They could have told me they were closing early?! SERIOUSLY?
