Super fast service in and out less than 10 minutes. Check in was straight forward. Would definitely go back.

Incredibly rude. Maybe they're all just northerners, I don't know. If I hated my job as much as Quest employees seem to, I would quit.

I provided them with forms and labels that LabCorp provided and printed out. I was asked to check-in using the kiosk and additionally verified my information with the person at the front desk. Yet, somehow, they were destroyed because they couldn't validate who the specimens belonged to. And so they called my doctor to inform him. Here's a question. If you didn't know who the specimen belonged to, how did you know to call the doctor and give them my name??? Furthermore, they didn't contact me themselves to admit their mistake and passed the buck to my doctor. These tests require days of preparation, which leave me feeling ill. I also need to go off important medication prior to this test. The loss of my specimens requires me to go through the preparation and go off my medication for an even longer time, which puts my life at risk. I also need to take more time off of work for collection and drop-off. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again. I plan to make it clear to as many people as I can that the operators of this location are incompetent cowards. I hope there is an inquiry into how this could happen so that it never happens to anyone else again.

I chose Dr. Jennifer Farrell as my primary care physician because she is a DO, a background I tend to prefer. From my very first visit, Dr. Farrell has consistently gone above and beyond in addressing my healthcare needs. She has been especially helpful with numerous VA-related issues and has always taken the time necessary to thoroughly understand and resolve my concerns. Dr. Farrell is friendly, highly competent, and extremely professional. I genuinely believe she is the best doctor I have ever had. The staff at this facility is equally outstanding. The nurses and medical assistants are attentive, caring, and never make you feel rushed. The front desk staff has always been courteous and willing to explain details clearly, often going above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. I truly hope to remain a patient at this practice for many years to come.

Dr. Amerena was my PC physician for all of that time until he retired last year - very personable - he took the time to listen and actually gave you a physical/check up - all the usual things you would expect a Dr to check at your annual physical. Took them 6 months to replace him and then the new doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me at my latest annual physical- quick conversation and then assigned blood tests. Would have made more sense if I had just gone straight to Labcorps as the doctors appointment added no value. Beyond that, FPCA has become very difficult to work with. Not sure if it has been the move to Privia management systems/policies. I was not happy with Dr. Amerena's replacement and decided to see another FPCA Doctor for my next physical, but it has been impossible to set up an appointment with any other Dr. in FPCA. None of them will accept transfer patients from another Doctor within the same medical group. I have wasted hours on the phone trying to schedule an annual physical with a new doctor in their system and it is a waste of time - they wont do it - I am moving on to Frederick Health or another practice.

The lady told me that she was just screaming me and it's gonna be a long time before I get back to one of the rooms cause it's very crowded. I told her that I had a 5 PM appointment and she said that really doesn't mean much since we're very busy. I asked her if they actually make room for those who have appointments for those who do not and she said we don't do it that way. She couldn't tell me how long the way it is apparently they don't even care when someone gets done to check when their appointment was to see how long it was so at least they could tell people. It's apparent that they overbooked and not really prioritize. Anybody that does an actual online appointment. She was very matter fact, and really not caring at all. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else probably anywhere else you can go that people will actually care more than these people. I would like to give the zero stars, but this app won't allow me to. I'm sure they'll come back with some kind of response but believe me not a good place to go.

I showed up on the day of the service with a printout from my insurance company showing how much it should cost. I also had a person name I spoke with and a reference number from my insurance company. I made it very, very, very, very clear when I checked in that I would pay no more for this service than what was represented to me by my insurance company. The Community rep stepped away from the counter and disappeared for over 15 minutes and came back saying "all is fine" your portion of the bill will be the $29. Fast forward about a week after...and...SHOCKER...I get a bill for $234. It has been nearly 60 days, 6 phone calls to Community Radiology, one call to my insurance company. My insurance company calling, faxing and mailing the Explanation of Benefits to Community Radiology and me emailing it 9 times to Community Radiology and it is finally resolved. I found the reps on the phone to be out of this country, poorly trained and incredibly dumb. Again, the procedure was fine, the post billing service was beyond poor.
