First time at this location. Arrived at 1145AM for a 1220PM appointment. I got called back at 1220. The girl who was helping me couldn't find an order for bloodwork. I called CA Imagining and asked the girl if she wanted me to go back out to the front while they were checking into my labs that were ordered. She said yes. On the phone they told me the labs were ordered on 6/24 and they gave me the reference number. When the girl saw me back in the lobby, she said that wouldn't help. I went back outside to call them again. I waited on the phone while CA Imaging sent the lab order again. When I went back inside Quest, I noticed my name was gone from the wait queue. They called every single person whose names were on the board, without even acknowledging that I was sitting there waiting. This is the worst quest I've ever been to. I walked in, could not make an appointment as my doctor needed the results before an appointment as available. An employee advised me that I would be seen within an hour. I advised them I had already waiting an hour and a half. I was told well oh well. Walked out went to another Quest location and was seen quickly. read more

Came in for a glucose test. Nurse told me "we will call you when the hour is up." Waited in my car at the location so I wouldn't miss my call. No call for over an hour. I walk in 10 minutes after my hour is up. Get scolded and told they've been calling me so I missed my time. I explain that I didn't receive any call and she said no you weren't supposed to leave. No one told me this I say you have my number on file I was literally sitting in my car outside. She says no can't do the test and walks away. I wait for her to give me the test again. Someone walks out ask if I've been helped. I tell the story she comes back out and says "you need to make another appointment" I walk to the kiosk and she says no now you have to fast for 8 hours again. Like are you serious still not being clear. Idk who hears "we will call you" and thinks you have to stay here we will just yell out your name?! Thanks for wasting my time making me fast and then get nothing done. Btw I'm 6 months pregnant so fasting is not easy and makes me nauseous. Won't be coming back to this Quest. read more

I have been to several Quest Diagnostics and have regular bloodwork to monitor my thyroid levels but my experience with this location was extremely disappointing. I have never had trouble requesting the use of the "butterfly" because of the difficulty in finding and getting blood in my small veins. The phlebotomist was short and snippy in her response to my request and though she used a pediatric size needle I still bruised. I have not had bruising in years. The staff manner left a lot to be desired, too. I know they were busy but courtesy should be shown regardless of the number of patients being seen. This is the most convenient location for me to go but I will not go back. read more

This tucked away location is a gold mine! Forgot I had labs to do before my next doctor appointment. Decided to swing by as a walk-in. I was pleasantly surprised to see nobody standing outside the door waiting (literally showed up at 6:55am, they open at 7am) Once 7am hit, they unlocked the door and greeted me. I signed in, while the receptionist took my orders and insurance card. On my way to sit down, they called me straight back to room 1. Got my labs done quick and easy! I was out by 7:10!!!!! Plenty of time to grab a coffee before work. I will keep this place on the radar for any and all future lab work. read more

I was a walk-in with my 90-year old mom. The two people in front of us let us go first. Our phebotomist was Victoria who was avwesome! She remembered my mom from over a year ago. The Suite is hidden with only a small printed sign on the door. Arrive early so you can find this place because if you're late at all they lock the door and cancel your appointment. I've visited many Quest Diagnostics' for routine lab work and have liked how efficient and professional they have always been. That being said, I DREAD lab work, not out of fear but because of the inevitable frustration. You see, no matter how skilled my tech, it always takes multiple pokes before I can fill up the measly two tubes my doctor requires. I will drink loads of water, avoid caffeine, and intake high iron foods 2-3 days prior to my visits with the same tear jerking results. I've been told that my veins are small and "greedy" things. However, during my most recent visit to Quest, my technician Sulema was an absolute pro and she got me out of that highchair in record time. She listened to my past experiences and worked accordingly. I can't praise her loud enough, I've never left Quest so happy and only wish I could of hugged her! Thank you again, Sulema! read more

Laura is extremely rude. She told me I'm not sure if you're supposed to do this test I told her yes it's what the doctor ordered me and she yelled and said if you wanna do it that's on you. I then asked will I be able to know if I have diabetes or not with this test she then responded yelling once again idk idk anything. If she doesn't know anything she probably shouldn't be working there everyone should be able to ask questions without feeling like they can't especially because it's our health. The front desk girl named Victoria is RUDE. They also wanted me to put a credit card on file even though the visit would be billed to my insurance??? She said that my card wouldn't be billed but they still had to have it for a possible $121.00 dollar charge.....that's covered by my insurance. And when asking about why this didn't make sense all I got was attitude. I work in healthcare and I know what is expected as far as professionalism, and I won't be coming back to this location for yearly routine labs. read more

This particular Quest is one to avoid. I had an appointment in May 2021 and ended up waiting two hours beyond the scheduled appointment time. I had an appointment in mid-Dec., one that involved a 12 hour fast. As I was leaving the house for the lab, I learned the appointment was cancelled due to "building maintenance." I remade the appointment for Jan. The same exact thing occured for the Jan. appointment, all at the last minute and after another 12 hour fast. There's no "building maintenance" going on at this lab. The place seems to be habitually understaffed. read more

This location is superb, I mean I have never been to any Quest or Lab tech that was never busy. I had to get some basic blood work done. So I took a gamble and decided to just walk in since I was out anyways. I did expect it to be packed but nope it had 1 person ahead of me. The tech took me to the back and it smelled so sanitized and clean which is always a plus for any lab location. She was so gentle and I didn't feel a thing. Everything was expedited so fast from the sign in to double check ever bottle and that really meant a lot to me. I really love this location and I'm sure you will to. read more

Terrible professionalism. Being Asian-American I took my grandmother here for a lab test and mind you, the covid-19 situation made matters worse. The lady who checked us in, she had like dark purple/red hair was extremely rude. Overall, the amount of attitude and unkind remarks given to me and my grandmother was absolutely not okay. Their patient care is unforgiving, and they lack the sympathy that should always be given in healthcare. read more

I made an appointment online, on their website. When I arrived for my appointment it wasn't found. It took a short while to check that I did make an appointment. Once I was checked in it didn't take very long to have my blood drawn. The results became available within a few days, however if you want to know the results there is a charge of $9.99 or you can wait until you see your Dr again. read more

Loved how efficient, cooperative and entertaining Sean was while processing my 1 year old daughter's lab. There was NO line (on a weekday afternoon - but still I've never experienced that at a Quest anywhere!) and all staff were friendly and professional. As long as you have an appointment, things go very smoothly. I had to give a blood sample. I'm squeamish about that sort of thing to begin with, but I'd give a blood sample here any day. I didn't feel anything when they were drawing blood; believe me, I tried to. In and out very quickly. I'd recommend this location. read more

Try making an appointment without agreeing to calls and texts being sent to you. If you are at one of their locations they will not send appointment for you. If you call the automated system you have to agree to let them send you texts and calls that may not relate to your tests like spam. Just take my name and put a Time and call it good, this is ridiculous read more

Terrible customer service non of the employees care they were just talking about going on break the whole time

I had to go in on a Saturday morning, and with no appointment, I didn't wait more than ten minutes. I believe the employee -- phlebotomist who took my blood was Brian--he was polite, and pleasant. I even commented that since my last visit -- I thought that their friendly, professional demeanor lends a sense of comfort, to which I attribute the loss of my phobia of needles of the past 40 years.
