There is no direct number to only this office, you have to call another number and then tell them you need to be transfered. The office staff often seems baffled by requests and it often feels like what should be a reasonable question or need is refused or messed up. It's taken MONTHS to get seen by the same attending more than once and they always seem upset when you can't remember your attending when all you've seen is a different resident every time. Ultimately, I feel like the office staff is going to have to have some training on how to actually listen to patient's concerns because I don't go here because of the great service, I go because I need to. Off topic, but important, there is no client/patient wi-fi and there is no service, so if you need to show your Dr an image or a test and it's online, you need to have that page loaded before you go into the building. Ultimately, if anyone else from DKACC reads this I need to impress this upon you, please make sure that patient requests are met or denied as soon as possible, I shouldn't come in with a specific issue and then have to wait 5 days for results while it gets worse.

The center is located right in the back of the main medical center on North Fresno Street. I scheduled this appointment for my mom to make sure everything was okay her annual checkup with her primary care physician. Overall she was pleased with the services provided. We were out in 30 minutes. We were able to find parking on site at this location. They do have elevators there for your convenience the pharmacy is located on the first floor the optical sensors located on the first floor.
