I came in for my annual blood work for work, and the entire experience was quick, smooth, and professional. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment online about five hours in advance, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. The website was easy to navigate, and my employer's billing information was accepted without any issues. When I arrived, I checked in at the kiosk inside the office. Unlike some other lab companies, I wasn't able to check in from my phone, but the kiosk was quick and easy to use. It gave me the option of waiting in the lobby or sitting in my car while they texted me when they were ready. I chose to wait in my car, and less than two minutes later I received a text saying they were ready for me. When I walked back inside, the phlebotomist was already waiting and took me straight back to the draw room. She confirmed my identity using multiple patient identifiers, which I always appreciate from a patient safety standpoint. She was professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at her job. The blood draw itself was painless. She accessed my right antecubital vein on the first attempt without any issues. The bleeding stopped quickly afterward, and I didn't have any bruising the next day. The facility itself was clean, well organized, and comfortably climate controlled. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and courteous. From the time I parked my car until the time I drove away, I was there for less than 10 minutes. That included checking in, waiting briefly in my car, having my blood drawn, and leaving. That's about as efficient as you can ask for. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to return to this Quest location for future lab work.

They sent a text as soon as I made it for proof. 3/05/25 Can't believe it's already here!! Received notification to check in upon arrival. You can only check in 10 minutes before arrival. It won't allow it any earlier. Waited until then and checked in. Waited to be called back. Short wait and called back. Really great worker! Chatted. Kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. Stuck me without any problems and got 5 vials of blood, bandaged, told I can take off the bandage in 30 minutes, wished a good day and left! Great service & blood draw! Convenience in getting it set up and being notified beforehand too!! Highly recommended!

Today I went back in to use their scale so I could have a good baseline of where I'm at in my diet. They refused to let me stand on their scale and weigh myself. They said I needed a doctors prescription. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! The scale was sitting there not being used. When I went in the first time and got my blood drawn, I did not have a prescription to get weighed and I told her that. They were courteous enough to let me use it, but not this time.

The price listed on Quest's web page is $75. I had to pay last year too, but it was only $81. I talked to their billing department and they basically said That's the way it is. I think Labcorp is crooked.

They told me to pee and then drink water and come back later, but "don't drink too much water or your test won't count." Which is crazy because when I made the appt, I selected pre-employment urine test and they let me pick that time. Second/Third time: -had an appt -checked in w/ link sent to me -within 2 mins I was taken back for pre-employment blood work -phlebotomist quickly drew blood and I was out the door in 2 mins -never had any billing issues all 3 times.

To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)

I was told to bring q sample back and have it preserved as quickly as possible. I arrive and the employees couldn't care less even though I have an appt. These locations need a front desk person because otherwise the office sort of runs itself. A local person should open their own service to put these spots out of business. There is a chubby male with a beard that's probably the worst employee. There is a light skinned female with tattoos who is the best employee and ultimately took care of me promptly. This location at least needs an office manager to make sure the employees keep things running in some sort of order.

They're super small and so far, I've gone 4 times, but so far they're extremely fast and you don't need appointment because they're small and fast, I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I was mad that Quest told me they no longer accepted my insurance, or lack of, but once I started going to Foundation, I was more than pleased over the switch!!
