When I went in to check in my information was not in there system. only kept on asking for me is to schedule an appointment or to be on standby and wait another hour. I had made that appointment ahead of time. I did today for the first time change the time because I couldn't make the earlier time and there was a time later today available so I took it You would think you'd go into the system why would you allow a patient or customer whatever you call us to change the time? So when I went in I got help and I was telling them I have a set appointment I had my text and I have my email showing that I have a time for today and when she did it this lady just put my initials And on the screen it showed that my initials were on standby and that was it. other people were coming in my time scheduled was at 2:40 it was already reaching 3:00 p.m. and then another lady came to help me out and she put my confirmation information in the system and it put me as a 3:10 appointment schedule it just drove me nuts. then when I finally got called up at 3:20 oh and one thing that they told me is that I was late and I know I was not late who schedule are we following are we following the actual time I know I left the house at 2:15 got there at 2:20 so I had about 10 minutes to wait and I didn't mind about that. And the lady kept on insisting that I was late for my appointment I've never been late she doesn't know me and I don't know her but whose time are they reaching there was another couple that came in to to do the same thing and their information weren't there so you're telling me they relate to That's so strange. So today was an upsetting day then when I finally got called up to get my blood drawn low behold this lady uses fattest needle ever and tries to poke me in it and I'm like in pain she's digging to find my my vein to pull my blood and she hurted me so badly on the arm and then she tries my hand cuz I told her just go to my hands that's where you'll get the blood drawn but and told her you got to use a smaller tiny little needle to pull the blood out This is no way you can use that big fat needle to get my blood. stressful day now I had to make another appointment for next week or is it this week we'll see what happens next very upsetting.

They sent a text as soon as I made it for proof. 3/05/25 Can't believe it's already here!! Received notification to check in upon arrival. You can only check in 10 minutes before arrival. It won't allow it any earlier. Waited until then and checked in. Waited to be called back. Short wait and called back. Really great worker! Chatted. Kind, welcoming and easy to talk to. Stuck me without any problems and got 5 vials of blood, bandaged, told I can take off the bandage in 30 minutes, wished a good day and left! Great service & blood draw! Convenience in getting it set up and being notified beforehand too!! Highly recommended!

Today I went back in to use their scale so I could have a good baseline of where I'm at in my diet. They refused to let me stand on their scale and weigh myself. They said I needed a doctors prescription. That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard! The scale was sitting there not being used. When I went in the first time and got my blood drawn, I did not have a prescription to get weighed and I told her that. They were courteous enough to let me use it, but not this time.

They told me to pee and then drink water and come back later, but "don't drink too much water or your test won't count." To my surprise there was another patient waiting for the lab to open at 7am. I immediately got in line and quickly two more patients got in line behind me. Total of patients prior to opening =4. I can imagine how annoying this may be for an employee to get to work but the sweet girl working at the lab walked up to the door with a huge smile, greeted us and unlocked the door. We all checked in the kiosk and shortly after were called back one by one. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The lab employee was so gentle and had such a pleasant attitude! I'm so happy the visit turned out to be quick since I had to be at work. The young lady working at this lab deserves a raise for having to work all alone. She's an exceptional employee and I will be back thank to her and of due to my doctor's orders ;)

I was told to bring q sample back and have it preserved as quickly as possible. I arrive and the employees couldn't care less even though I have an appt. These locations need a front desk person because otherwise the office sort of runs itself. A local person should open their own service to put these spots out of business. There is a chubby male with a beard that's probably the worst employee. There is a light skinned female with tattoos who is the best employee and ultimately took care of me promptly. This location at least needs an office manager to make sure the employees keep things running in some sort of order.
