When I called to request a refill on antibiotics, the front desk ladies Vivi & Siri refused to help unless I paid another $150 for an in-person appointment, $140 for another test, and $100+ for telehealth. They wouldn't even let me get a chance to speak to the doctor and pretty sure they didn't relay my message to him. Siri was a bit more sassy and unprofessional than Vivi. For a facility that prescribed medication that clearly didn't work, charging me $400+ to fix their failed treatment is predatory. Do not recommend if you're on a budget or expect any follow-up care. All I wanted was another prescription of antibiotics since the one they gave me didn't fully work on me. I don't see how that should be my fault & why I should pay another $240+

As it was, we were enjoying our sneaky deserts when I thought it would be funny to eat my Banana Royal goofily to make her laugh. So, I began making bites like a camel, she starts laughing and then I bit the heck out of my my bottom lip (Mom later called it, Karma). Cut to ten days later - The bite becomes a ball about the size of a $.25 gum ball. I rinse with it all, even put a cold sore medicine on and poked a needle to drain myself but nothing helped so I needed the pros. Since it was close to where I was at the time, I went to UrgencyMed on Bullard and Fresno. When I pulled up I noticed there weren't a lot of cars, which was awesome. However, something didn't feel right about the place. I think it was seeing a nurse (someone in scrubs) outside enjoying a vape and the building lease signs. But damnit, the lip bump had me there. So, I pulled up and parked, was about to get out but I had to check them out on Yelp. The reviews were not good at all, so I took my Flip lip to old faithful; Everyday Health Care. Everyday Heath Care has helped me in many situations (we even had our second child there). When I pulled up, cars were lined up along side and I was like "f***!" But when I pulled into parking lot, there were only a few cars and only one other patient inside. So, don't let the cars parked around make you think they're all inside (Wait, do think that so when I have to go again, I'll have an easy time). It had been over a year since I was there last so I had to fill out a 'new patient form' but that should be expected. I sat out in waiting room and actually brought a book to read (I always expect the worst, hence why it took me ten days to go). Between the waiting in the front and in my actual patient room, I only had time to read a few pages and it was a Berenstein Bears book so I should have be able to flip them pages. Dr. Wilson was my savior. Like I said, I thought the worst, so when he checked my lip boulder out and called it "awesome", I knew I was about to be ok. I'll save the story about what he and his assistant had to do to get rid of the Mucous Cyst, but you know it was good when he thanked me for letting him experience this. In the end, I'm at home, spitting in a cup and watching JRE online. He saved me and took my stress away. Tomorrow, school starts so a new stress begins. Thank you Dr. Brent Wilson and his whole staff for making a pretty scary situation, easy and comfortable. P.S. we didn't really have our kid there.

I get my blood drawn every couple of months and then go back in to go over the results and make sure everything is good. Workers are masked and nice. It is clean and safe. The best time to go in is in the morning. It gets really busy. Packed to where you don't feel as safe in the afternoon. I walked in early at 9:40 am and they didn't take me in until almost 10:30. My appointment was at 10:15 and they didn't seem busy yet. The main thing is, make sure you provide extra time. It seems like it takes forever. A lot of waiting. I was finally put in a room and I sat there waiting and waiting. They weighed me and took my blood pressure prior to that. I waited another 50 minutes Finally, the doctor came in. My doc is Dr. Dhillion and he went over everything. Everything was normal except my blood count was low. The doctor is good! He said he wanted me to do another blood test for the blood count before I left and see him in a month. Make sure you don't have any timely matters after the appointment. You won't make it if you do. At least the doctor is good and the assistants are nice. I checked out, scheduled the next appointment and went to their lab area to get my blood drawn again. The worker was very kind and drew my blood quickly. I left after that, after a worker at the front desk wished me a good day!

I had tripped on a metal rod a month ago and was wanting to get my great toe checked on. I called a podiatrist but their next available appointment would be in January and that was too far out. Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were all huddled and talking for a min or two not one of them acknowledged me. Then someone said they will be with me shortly, there after they broke their gathering Carla checked me in and gathered my insurance information etc. then about 10mins after checking in I was called back. Jaime was the MA who did my initial assessment. He was very kind and personable. Dr. Malvini was the physician who saw me. She came in with a bright smile and was just so upbeat, friendly and welcoming. She listened to my concerns, provided her recommendations and 5mins later I was out the door. I was there a total of 30mins from start to finish. Besides my first initial encounter entering I had a great experience! I didn't wait long, thankfully and the Dr. Malvini was a pleasure! I would definitely recommend and return to this location for all my UC needs.

Most medical facilities struggle to keep good reviews because lack of staffing cause long wait times and quick interactions. Secondly, I was shocked that the urgent care wasn't extremely busy and that I was brought into the back within 15 minutes of my arrival. Thirdly, I was so so IMPRESSED with how kind, and just happy my doctor was. I don't meet too many doctors who really strike a cord with me, but DR.KERR was genuinely just such a nice doctor. I was seen for a kidney infection, I knew the symptoms, had experienced them a year before, after a quick urine test he agreed. He said he'd prescribe a tablet to take once a day for 10 days, if I experienced fever to go to the ER. I asked if he knew how fast the CVS right next door would possibly fill that prescription (dumb question-that isn't something most doctors are really going to know, but I have word vomit sometimes) and he said it could take anywhere from an hour to longer. He asked if I ever used them before and I said no. He then said he wanted to give me an antibiotic shot that would at least cover me for 24 hours in case they didn't get the prescription filled that night, which was AMAZING. He didn't have to do that at all. I am so thankful that he did, though. CVS didn't get the prescription filled until late. I went to bed in a lot of pain due to the kidney infection, but that shot did it's job and by this morning I am as good as new!!!!! I'm still going to grab my prescription after work today, because following the treatment plan all the way through is how it gets fixed and doesn't just flare back up in a couple days, but I cannot express how fantastic Dr. Kerr and really ALL of the staff was.

So being without a GP or GYN I came to this location because I feel like I have a kidney infection. The lack of any kind of attempt at human connection in this office is astounding. There's no one to help you with check-in, you're immediately pointed to a QR code where you fill out all of the paperwork yourself. Once the receptionist has that, she points you to a machine IN THE WAITING ROOM to get your vitals. Everything from weight and temperature to blood pressure and oxygen numbers is done by one of those machines you generally see at Walmart that you sit and put your arm in. WTF? That machine prints out a paper that you give to the receptionist. Because I was there thinking I have a kidney infection, she handed me a urine specimen cup, and told me to go into the bathroom, again, in the waiting room. A basket in the waiting room for the collection of your investments already had someone else's specimen in it. With their information on it. I'm sorry but HIPAA who? I then sat back down until called back to go to a room. A nurse didn't come in the room to talk to me or anything. I sent to room 3 to wait. I sat in my room for half an hour, listening to the full exam of a kid in the room next to me because the walls are really thin, before a doctor come in to tell me that because I drink a lot of water, my urine was clear... dilute ... and that it could be an ovarian cyst or even appendicitis, she doesn't know what's causing the pain in my lower back, that I should go to the emergency room to get imagining done and they could tell me what's causing the pain in my back around my kidneys and the malaise. So not only did I just pay my co-pay, but I was also charged an extra fee for urinalysis, something I've never had done before in any doctors office in my life. I walked out feeling like I just wasted my money and my time. If you've got something really simple like a sinus infection, I feel like this would be a good option. But for anything else? No... and now to the ER I go. UPDATE: I noticed the rebuttal the manager of the office posted below, and no, they are not telling the truth. There was a name, first and last name on that cup of urine that was sitting in the bathroom when I went in. It's never busy and there is not an excuse to not do your job. I went in on 12/23 extremely sick. Doctor Lily was great -very compassionate and caring. I was prescribed antibiotics and inhaler. Before I left I specifically asked the staff to confirm with me that my scripts were sent to the Walgreens location I provided. She assured me that everything was sent. Well it was not. Xmas eve and Xmas came the following days and I was screwed out of my meds until 12/26. When I called and asked for the reason the girl just said "oh well we didn't input your pharmacy information" meaning when I asked for confirmation the front staff was lying when they confirmed everything was set. Unacceptable 2 stars for doctor Lily. But overall Sorry excuse for an urgent care. Avoid.

My son is no longer little and is extremely scared of having his blood drawn, but the phlebotomist was incredibly patient, kind, and accommodating. He worked quickly and made my son feel at ease. Before my son even realized it, the blood draw was already finished! It was such a smooth and stress free experience that we will continue to coming back. Thank you for your excellent care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this laboratory to anyone especially parents with children who are anxious about blood tests.
