I immediately remembered why I swore to never come hete again. My doctor was inexperienced. I aas diagnosed with shingles. My skin wasn't examined. She looked from a few feet away and after I told her how it started, she backed away and said "That's definitely shingles!" Shingles, Doc, not leprosy. Today I called ClearChoise MD because I am in a lot of unexpected pain. They say, in order for the doctor presently on duty to prescribe anything, I'd need to come back in for him to examine me. I don't have another $160 when all my info from yesterday's exam is on file. Receptionist then tells me they don't prescribe narcotics, "so I don't know what you expect him to do for you". Unbelievable. If you cannot treat a person for what they go in for, then why would you take $160 from them knowing this. And in the type of care they offer it does say they treat any skin rash. In my opinion, treatment means helping the person get better for the illness at hand, not just sending one prescription out, not asking any questions about Pain or give advice on pain management. Clear Choise my ass. I am hoping to hear from the provider who is in today, to see how this continues.

Took the morning off from work after reserving an appointment. Got there to find out they were closed because of building maintenance. Unfortunately they're the only lab in my network, Cigna, that is anywhere near me. I feel trapped and cannot get the medical services I need. Thanks Cigna and thanks Quest Diagnostics Gilford. Great being jerked around by two companies that have monopolies.

She asked what my disability was. I have many but told her severe PTSD. First thing out of her mouth was those dogs aren't allowed in here. She is a registered service dog. I tried to give her my dogs ID card and registration certificate. She refused to look at it and asked me to leave the building. My dog is a Chihuahua that is trained to be a service dog. I told the woman all hospitals and doctors offices allow her in. I've never had any problems with her in appointments. She then decided if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I was extremely upset and asked her was she was being a " bitch" to me and asked if she just hated dogs. I left the building and called my attorney. My grandson then came out and said the lady changed her mind and we are now welcome to come in. I went in for a second to tell her my grandson's labs were sent electronically and she then snapped at me stating "I'm looking". Needless to say we left and I had his doctor mail them so we can go to Labcorp instead. Supervisor called me today apologizing for the receptionist but I will NEVER go back there.
