I walked in at 10am, minimal people here & an hour and 40 minutes later I have still yet to get my labs done. I am fine with waiting but this is absolutely ridiculous. Appointments take priority but there is no reason I when I checked in that it said 25 minutes and it's been this long. Every time a patient comes in for their appointment my time gets longer and longer. This was the only day I was available to get these done, all the other laboratories I contacted couldn't get me in. Walk-in's is supposed to be for convenience not wasting an entire day on such a little task. Will NOT Return.

Yesterday my grandson had orders for blood work. The place was empty except for receptionist. First…read morething she said was dogs aren't allowed. I said she is a service dog. She asked what my disability was. I have many but told her severe PTSD. First thing out of her mouth was those dogs aren't allowed in here. She is a registered service dog. I tried to give her my dogs ID card and registration certificate. She refused to look at it and asked me to leave the building. My dog is a Chihuahua that is trained to be a service dog. I told the woman all hospitals and doctors offices allow her in. I've never had any problems with her in appointments. She then decided if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I was extremely upset and asked her was she was being a " bitch" to me and asked if she just hated dogs. I left the building and called my attorney. My grandson then came out and said the lady changed her mind and we are now welcome to come in. I went in for a second to tell her my grandson's labs were sent electronically and she then snapped at me stating "I'm looking". Needless to say we left and I had his doctor mail them so we can go to Labcorp instead. Supervisor called me today apologizing for the receptionist but I will NEVER go back there.

She provided me a fax number and I called my DR's office. It took about 1/2 an hour for the D's office to fax the order over. In that time I saw several people show up and as soon as they walked in, they were brought in to get their labs completed. In that time she told me 2 times that my lab request wasn't there yet. As soon as they received the fax, she had me in and out. The techs there were super nice and everything worked like clockwork. Based on my experience, I have a tough time believing the low stars on the other reviews. Maybe they needed a hug or something. The dates that those reviews were posted were around the time of Covid where everything was jacked up and everyone was mad. Maybe that's what the issue was with them... Anyhow, I had a great experience today. Thanks

I WOULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW IF I COULD…read more This place is so unprofessional. Once, I showed up for an appointment and they weren't even there. NO ONE WAS HOME. No notice or anything. Today I was there for a different test, but when I checked in, they only had my order from last time - when they didn't show up. I had ordered the different test LAST WEEK. I was late to work because of this mix up, and still haven't gotten the test done. On top of that, the lady doing the bloodwork was condescending.

Labs have been drawn frequently over past 7 months. Multiple times an order was missed or a sample wasn't attached to the order. So when the tests results enter the portal for viewing one is missing so then I have to call Labcorp to get the error fixed. It delays the lab results by at least a day. Which delays medical decisions and treatment plans. Also very difficult to get in touch with supervisor who always tells me it's an education issue for the phlebotomist and that person will be informed. Regardless this same error continues to occur. I have started to ask the phlebotomist to double check all orders which is not always appreciated by the phlebotomist.

DNA Northeast actually came to my home to collect their samples (the also mentioned that they could come to my office had it been more convenient for me); it couldn't have been easier. They stuck to the timeline they gave me and I had my results quickly. I am sure a lot of people (like me) have been waiting for a service like this, well here it is! I highly recommend DNA Northeast!
