A few minutes later, all the vials were full and I was on my way. To note: No cell service since this Quest is in the lower level of the building. She was able to calm them down and get them out of there pretty quickly. The gentleman who drew my blood was very kind, pleasant, and even gave me the bright red color bandage I wanted. PRO TIP: Have your health insurance card and drivers license ready to do the kiosk check in go fast. There is a screen that shows how many people are in front of you in line so you can guess what the wait time might be.

Done right, the process (other than the needle jab) is pretty…read moremuch painless. 1) Go online and schedule an appointment. 2) Arrive a few minutes early and you'll easily spot the sign-in kiosks which take all of 5 minutes. 3) Within a few minutes, a pleasant gentleman will call you into their registration area and confirm all the arrangements. If he mispronounces your name, as he did mine, he'll apologize and smile. 4) You'll be instructed to sit in a blood-letting station (my term, not theirs) until a technician arrives and does the needle jabbing. I always think of the Pink Floyd line ("just a little pinprick..."). 5) You get a bandage on your boo boo and off you go to eat breakfast if you were on a fasting blood test! All in all, I was in and out in less than 20 minute, but mind you, that was with a 6:45 AM appointment.

Our previous Labcorp location (X 10 years) at Grove St in Haddon Hts had a turnover of front desk staff, and the front desk girls were rude and angry people. But, the phlebotomists were friendly and exhibited good technique. We decided to try Walgreens Labcorp at the Haddon Ave location due to the wonderful reviews. We did not have an appointment. We signed in and waited. The waiting area was expansive and comfortable. Less than 5 mins later we were called into a clean and organized room with 2 smiling women who greeted us. I was very grateful that Nicki used an 18 g butterfly to draw my multiple tubes of blood. There was no issue with jiggling the needle as she changed the tubes. I am a retired Surgical ICU registered nurse, and the treatment we received from Nicki and Euvone was professional and gracious. It was clear that they truly enjoyed their job. My husband and I now have a new home for all of our blood draws. Thank you SO much. This experience renews my confidence in Labcorp and its employees.

I was really angry at the NJIN. They made a lot of mistakes on my MRI Report and refused to send it…read moreto my Dr, BUT this site rectified those mistakes as fast as they could. The thing you need to pay attention to is the information you both previously input (from prior visits) and currently are inputting (for new appointments). If you don't have all of your documents ready they will auto fill with your previous information, including Dr information. The general NJIN call center strung myself and my Dr's office around for a week. Thankfully I filled out a Haddon Heights direct survey and explained my issue. The next day Haddon Heights had both fixed their error but also faxed it to where it needed to go. SO if you have to use NJIN go to Haddon Heights
