I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for my lab work for many years now. The process is very easy and simple. I scheduled my appointment online. Upon arrival, I checked-in via the kiosk. Everything was verified electronically. By the way, there is no one to check-in the patients. If you need help, I'm sure the phlebotomist can assist. They have a screen showing all the upcoming appointments so the patients know when it will be their turn. The waiting room is small. It has about 7-8 chairs. There were two phlebotomists working at the time. My appointment was at 12:20 PM, but didn't get called in until 12:30 PM which was no biggie. It took no more than 10 minutes for my blood to be drawn. I was out of here in no time. The phlebotomist was professional and did very well. I felt a very slight sting, but that was it. My son who is almost 11 months old has to get blood work done quite frequently, and he's been coming to these ladies since he was 6 months old. The ladies here are so kind and so wonderful with him and explaining everything to me. Having to have a baby get bloodwork sucks enough as it is but they have made it so much easier knowing I can trust them with my son. These people could not fight their way out of a wet paper bag . They lose your paperwork their computers are always down and when they do put you in they can't spell your name right they have no idea where they're sending the results and they have a 30% false positive and false negative rate . Worst place ever . Unfortunately the worst places are always the ones your insurance carrier chooses . And to make matters worse the help is rude and sullen, unable to answer questions or answer the phone. I recently went in three times in a row and they could not find my paperwork and then proceeded to lose the results . read more

Very rude company! They have an unfriendly costumer service policy. For example, you must make an appointment to drop off my labs. I explained that I have another appointment and the attendant said , "I will be with you in 10 minute." She could have easily taken the drop-off. I will never use this company again and I will tell ever how inflexible and rude your company is. Better change policies, if you respect your customer. read more

Despite some of the reviews written about this place I was a little nervous to go in. I come to my appointment and i waited maybe 2 minutes before being called back. Linda was wonderful! I hate giving blood but she did it effortlessly and quickly. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The bathroom was clean to standards. Freaking most annoying system to schedule a freaking appt had to call about sixteen times to simply get a human to answer the phone to get a freaking appt finally got one and they didn't want to schedule had us call the freaking other number to go through stupid automated system just so annoying and ridiculous I told mom to finally just schedule and then drive straight there regardless of appt this is ridiculous. read more

Gabby was fantastic, I'm a hard stick and she got it on the first try. She was also extremely pleasant and talkative which helped since I'm scared of needles. 3 stars for Gabby! Had to do a urine sample and there is a sign for females to use a towelette. No towelettes to be found anywhere. I've only been to a few quest locations, but after this visit, I probably won't be back. I made an appointment, so I was seen relatively quickly. However, when I walked back, the lab tech was kind of rude. Then when I went into the bathroom for the sample, there were ants all over the floor. They had not collected the previous samples from the window. It was pretty gross and unsanitary in there. I will not be back. read more

For many years I've had blood drawn at many labs all over Southern California. Virtually all the time they have to insert the needle in my hand to withdraw the blood. I've been told the veins in my arms are tough to deal with. I was so pleasantly surprised that a wonderfully pleasant young woman by the name of Jennifer was able to use a vein in my arm with no pain or difficulty whatsoever. I was so disappointed in this location I went there with an appointment scheduled at the day before I went there at approx. We 1235 I had to have a lyft driver dropped me off because I cannot Drive I am legally blind I am legally blind I contacted a woman when I knocked on the door And she came out and looked at her notebook and told me that I did not have an appointment I had scheduled the appointment for 12:30under my name with my phone number and she stated there was no appointment scheduled I did not have a confirmation number because they did not tell me to bring that with me when I arrived I tried to get the women to help me with my blood draw because I had fasted and I was ready to have my blood drawn but the woman ignored me and started to work in take care of other clients I then had to call my husband because I was very upset because it already spent $25 getting there with a lyft driver Did want to spend 25 more dollars to go home So I called my husband who left work to pick me up So I called my husband who left work to pick me up I will never go to this location again read more

The only complaint I have is that the phlebotomist asked me personal questions unrelated to why I was there and it made me uncomfortable, definitely wasn't professional. This is the best lab in the High Desert. Gaby and Nancy(not sure of her name) are cheerful and efficient . I never have to wait too long and it is mostly a pleasant experience. The Apple Valley(corwin) Quest is horrific FYI. The women working there need a new profession. read more

Rude horrible woman at the front desk. Went in told me my info wasn't in computer. I went home called my doctor they said they had sent it but would send again right then. Next day went back waited 58 minutes and was told rudely that my info wasn't in computer. My doctor gave me an order number in case of a problem. The receptionist refused to even look. I had to get angry and she finally called the doctor and miraculously the order did come through????? She then decided to lecture me that it was my responsibility. Ill keep going back just to irritate her. She also said she couldn't look at the phone number or order number because she didn't have her glasses on. Laziness knows no bounds. read more

My mother has to get her blood drawn monthly and Gabby at Quest on Main Street always greets us with a smile. It is such a pleasure to see her. She makes my mother feel great and always shows such compassion and her customer service is top notch. I take my elderly mother to all her medical appointments and I can truly say that there are not many great employees like Gabby.
