I went in on Monday, May 26, 2025 to have a test done. I was told it should take up to 5 business days to receive the results back. It is now 7 business days and still nothing. When I called I was told they cannot find them and to give it another 2-3 business days for the results. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I will be disputing the charges with my bank for a service not received. For $169 it should not take almost 2 weeks to get results back. This place is truly a joke and a way to steal money from people. Must be nice! read more

I have been referred once & came back a second time on my own after my doctor needed new blood work. Both times were walk in. Neither time was there a long wait. Had a good experience, quick/easy/painless. I will be back. read more

Inexperienced phlebotomist stuck both of my arms and couldn't hit a vein to save her life. Then the chick told me she was done and that I needed to leave. WTF? Went down the road and a different phlebotomist got it on the first stick. Called corporate and have yet to hear back. Still waiting on a refund for uncompleted services. read more

I don't understand why they would only have one person working the reception and the same person drawing of blood!!! Complete nonsense, obviously in the previous comments many clients had mentioned they only have one person working, management should consider that some folks can come in on Saturday's. I am still here. I had an appointment at 8:30. It is 9am. No one is here. I went out of my way to be here a little before 8:30. I have a child I dropped off early at daycare to be here on time. To be late to your own business shows no care. I am just waiting to see what time there staff will actually open up this place. There is a lady in a white van with a page she may work here she came 10 min ago I don't know if she is waiting for someone to open the door for her or what. I'm getting irritated at this point!! Showed up had an appointment. One lady working in the place with a bunch of customers waiting. Lady made it clear she was not happy being the only employee there. She had to take a call from her child in front of all the customers and instructed her child how to warm something up or cook something in front of all the waiting customers. I had to leave because I would have been there easily over an hour waiting. Get it together owner. This place showed it was very poorly run, and not professional. read more

So far, not satisfied at all. I went in on the 24th of April to get a simple drug screen done and it is now the 3rd of May and have not heard anything. Tried calling number for Willowbrook and got someone else who said he was transferring me. Explained all over again that I needed my results and have been sitting on hold now for almost 15 minutes. Finally hung up and called back only to get a recording saying leave name & number for someone to call back. I had left name and number before and no one calls. Very dissatisfied. If I could give them zero stars I would. I read online that they were open until 1:30 today, so I knew I had nearly an hour's time. I arrived at 12:38. The door was locked, despite the sign on door stating they are open till 1:30. I waited about 7 to 10 minutes thinking maybe they just had one person that perhaps stepped away to use the toilet or something. I called, no answer. Finally a lady came to the door with a sour expression and opened it and looked at me like I was bothering her. I asked "Are you already closed? I saw that you are closing at 1:30. Is that not the case?" She replied, "Well I'm closing early." I said, "yes, your sign shows 1:30 (it was only 12:46 at that point)." So she then gestured her hand sharply as if to say "fine, hurry up." I went in and said, "I think it's just a simple blood draw" and showed her the order. She replied (in a rude tone), "That's not simple-that takes me 20 min to set up." Never mind the fact I had arrived nearly an hour before posted closing time. I then said, "You don't seem to want to help me so I guess I'll just leave and not come back." Her reply: "ok" with an attitude. As if I'd want a woman like that sticking a needle into my arm! I reported her to my place that provides the requisitions for my draws and the rep is definitely reporting it, agreeing it was completely unacceptable. Since I refuse to return, I now have to drive nearly 45 min away every time I need this lab work done, since it's the next closest lab that does this type of lab work. I will also mention that the prior time I went, the door was also locked despite hours showing open. I will never return. read more

One worker, long wait! But the lady was kind just took forever...I do believe one person should not have to be the receptionist, The phlebotomist and the one to do the drug screening. read more

I made an appointment and came in a few minutes before. Only one worker, so that's not ideal. However, no one else was there at the time, so it worked out just fine. The worker was very attentive, and helped me save money. She told me about a package of tests that fit my lab needs even better than what I initially asked for. Blood draw was quick and relatively painless, and I received the results within the time frame promised. I'll be back next time I need more labs done. read more
