I've been going there for years and when one of the doctors left things seem to just go downhill, not sure what the issues are, but I'm done they're out I've moved on. They didn't follow the doctor's prescription correctly and missed half of the MRI order for my face and neck, only performing the orbits scan. After realizing their mistake, they contacted me to apologize and assured me that they would correct it at their cost. However, they went ahead and charged me twice instead. To make matters worse, they didn't ensure prior authorization with my insurance before the MRI, causing the insurance to deny coverage. Their negligence and lack of communication have cost me significant time, money, and stress. I'm now fighting with both the clinic and insurance for what should have been a straightforward procedure. This place is only interested in squeezing money out of patients, regardless of health or wellbeing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Now they blocked me from adding anymore reviews at google. Definitely, I'll file a complaint through state medical board and every other agency that deals with this issue

They explained that my type of imaging needed to be cleared by insurance and they had a specific wait time for that - which is probably why the website wouldn't let me make a next day appointment. When I came in for my appointment, I only had to wait about 10 minutes before I was brought into the main MRI room. I came in for an ankle MRI, but I have other medical issues that warrant bi-annual brain MRIs. I'm used to a metal detector in front of the door and having to change completely. It was weird for me to have them take my word that I didn't have any metal on me so I didn't have to change and my purse was just casually put on a nearby counter top. So I wish they explained that more to me in the moment. The techs were super friendly and the process was over quickly. I highly recommend this location!

The waiting room has a kiosk for Check-In ( again with appt or for walk-in) Have your Driver's License ready (& if you are using Insurance, that card too.) The kiosk scans these cards. Check In takes only a few minutes. The,staff gets patients In\Out FAST!! I have "hard to find" veins. I run into painful issues sometimes. BUT here we are 3 for 3 for perfect blood work extraction. They still haven't straightened it out & are threatening me with collections. They billed it as a nasal swab at a Jersey City location. They then sent my medical results to a dr that i haven't seen in almost 10 years. His address must've been in my old files. Today i showed up, on time, for my appointment for another covid mouth swab. The woman was incredibly rude, and spoke to me like i was dirt. She said they're very backed up and to go wait in my car. Every medical office is overwhelmed right now, but they need to speak to their scheduling department about the spacing of the appointments, and not take it out on their patients. It takes less than 10 minutes to do paperwork & stick a Q-tip in a nose or mouth.

This was my first time at these Summit Health medical offices. The building is right off of Rt. 208 W. It's just past the Fair Lawn Promenade. There is ample parking on the property. Heads up, the building is HUGE but there's clear signage and multiple Summit Health Directories posted. Note: Most of the 17-17 building houses Summit Health medical offices, but there is a sprinkling of non-Summit businesses also there (like sports medicine and accountants). My lasting impression of the facilities - It's a very nice building, and if I need to get medical exams and labs done, I'd like to come here. Overall I had a very positive experience with Ophthalmology. -- The check-in process was smooth, and everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly - registration, techs, and the doctor. -- The ophthalmic technician who performed my first set of tests before the doctor collected me from the registration area, and took me to a couple of exam rooms where the equipment was housed. She was fantastic with directing me and explaining what was happening. --The doctor who I saw was great, explaining to me what he saw/assessed and next steps after the exam. So my knees have been bothering me for about 6 years now (sucks getting old) and so I decided to…read morecome and see whether I had a real problem, but I needed to be worried about or whether it was just aging and nothing I could do about it. I came to see Dr. Cappadonna based on the great recommendations I got and his exceptional professional history. Particularly that he is a sports orthopedist and surgeon so he would be good with minimal invasive treatment if any, and have a focus on getting back to optimum mobility. I found out that I do have arthritis bone on bone, and he was very against doing even shots at this point and suggested I do physical therapy. Oh my goodness was he right! After only about three weeks of physical therapy, I feel like a brand new person. My knee, which was killing me all the time is that virtually no pain. I'm moving around better than ever and I feel great. I went for my follow up today and he told me to keep up the work at the gym which I do anyway, I could stop physical therapy, take the anti-inflammatory really only when I need it (which is rarely), and if it continues to get worse and maybe five or six years, will consider whether I need something invasive, but until then the worst, he is going to consider his shots. Long story short, he is very conservative very smart and very effective. He also happens to be an incredibly nice guy who spends as much time with you as needed. And bonus? This practice is unbelievably great at getting you in and out not only at your scheduled appointment time, but even early if you should get there early. Because I had such a great experience. Here I went to go see another doctor in their practice for my wrist, and I receive the same level of care and professionalism. A really phenomenal practice group.
