It took 20 minutes to be taken back and the tech told me I'd be there for at least another hour. Shared with her the mishap info I was told for awareness. Friendly and kind staff. Got extra help getting my shoes on since I couldn't do it alone and appreciate it. They have patient parking near the front but it's not handicap accessible so if you're in a chair or using a walker, find out if they have another entrance.

The surgery on both legs failed done by the hospital. I was skeptical about doing it again but the pain was unbearable at times so I made an appointment last year with vanishing veins. I can say that I wish I would have gone through them first, I haven't been happier! The pain in both legs is gone and they look great. Scheduling the appointments were easy and there was almost no wait time in the waiting room. A very comfortable experience from start to finish.

Once the mistake was caught ( day of), I explained to them my situation and said I was only able to come the rest of that day or the next. The woman scoffed at me and was pretty rude considering they made the mistake. There…read moreis plenty of available parking in a nearby parking garage, and a sky-bridge offers quick and convenient passage over. The building itself is fairly typical of most hospital buildings, but rather well signed so navigation through the halls was remarkably easy. The Imaging Services was found not far away from the little coffee stand and check in was easy and painless. The lady at the check in counter was courteous, and explained the process to me. She provided me a sheet where she wrote down her name and told me that every time someone new was to talk to me that they would also write down their name and position for my reference. I found this to be extremely helpful, not often do I successfully remember medical professionals' names if I don't see them regularly. The reception room was medium sized with a large aquarium off to the side. It appeared that a children's play area was also located beyond the aquarium, which was a nice touch since that allowed the kids to play in privacy instead of having random people watch them, and the random people could also have their privacy as well. I didn't wait long before the imaging technician called my name. My appointment was right on time. I was lead into a room where they did their ultrasound and the imaging technician took my paper and wrote down her name and job title. She then explained to me in detail what was going to happen. The nice thing about it was the goop that they spread on my skin was warm. The last time I did an ultrasound the goop was cold. I didn't think much of it at the time, but with warm goop I realized how much nicer that was. The technician was very friendly, courteous, and easy going. I felt very at ease with her. When I asked questions about what she was seeing she moved the screen my direction and explained all the shapes that displayed on her screen. After the ultrasound was done she left momentarily to see if the physician wanted to ask any questions or see anything, and then came back to tell me I could go. She waited for me on the other side of the door and then helped me find my way out. The whole experience was rather easy going and pleasant really. They took away a lot of the nervousness that goes into something like this.

But as soon as I was able to check in, the phlebotomist took me back pretty quick and got my labs done. She was very nice, caring and quick with that needle. My first visit was a complete mess and I absolutely planned on never coming back…read more I placed an appointment online and after arriving and checking in 15 mins early, I waited 30 mins after my appointment time. I finally asked the desk how much longer it would be and was told I don't know. The screen showing the list of check in was working and then wasn't. Then was back up but didn't have everyone's name on it. So I just left and decided I would reschedule somewhere else. However the lab corp locations around me, this ended up being the most convenient one. My rescheduled appt did go much better but there was a gentleman there who said he's been there for 1.5 hrs and was being told at the desk they already had his blood work. He was highly confused and pissed off and I was scared to do my blood work. Bc what if they are mixing labels on the tubes ? I made sure to check mine that day. I've since been back a couple more times due to routine blood work I need to do now, but each time the visits have been pretty straightforward. I've been in and out with my appointments. The staff is mostly friendly. I guess it just depends on how busy they are and how well the staff is managing their workload. Just be prepared to wait if you come here, esp if you don't utilize making an appointment prior.
