When I inquired about keeping it in the refrigerator like my doctor's instructions told me to, they laughed and said it doesn't need to be refrigerated. Well, that's funny because my doctor's office said that it needed to be refrigerated and I spent an awful a lot of time walking back-and-forth to the refrigerator for 24 hours. What kind of business that works with the public closes at 2 o'clock in the afternoon? I don't know any other lab in the entire town that is only open until 2 PM. What about people who work? The earliest I've ever seen a business that is open to the public close is 4 PM. Can you imagine only being open from 9 to 2 on weekdays? What a dump this place is also. It looks extremely Soviet and besides a nasty, yucky, terrible location the women who work in here have got to be the angriest people for having this job. They are rude, cranky, short with you and downright mean. How they keep this job I will never understand, particularly in an affluent area.

    Had an appointment. Arrived on time for my appointment. Checked in on the tablets as all the signs…read morementioned you needed to check in for your appointment on the tablets. Waited 35 minutes. People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. She said the tablets aren't transferring the stats for sign ins. I told her that she then needs to put out of order signs on the tablets as I just wasted 35 mins of my time. Nothing mentioned signing in on a piece of paper anywhere nor did she announce that the tablets weren't working. The lobby was packed. I stood the entire time and didn't complain until she was assisting people who arrived well after me. This isn't a hard concept to grasp. Her only response was the tablets weren't working but did nothing to tell anyone or post that they don't work as numerous people arrived and continued to sign in on the tablets. Walked out. Won't be back. This is simple customer service and shouldn't be this difficult or be a waste of anyone's time. I get things break but have a plan in place. I imagine this isn't the first time this has happened so why isn't it obvious what they should do to correct the sign in process when this happens.

I met with Tina who was my nurse practitioner and she was so polite and friendly and really took the time to listen to my complaints. She was very thorough in her diagnosis and I felt like she was way better than any other urgent care I had ever gone to. I didn't feel rushed and I feel like I was treated so well as a patient and I'm so very thankful that I ran into her today to address my health symptoms. Honestly, I would give this place 10 stars if I could, but since you could only leave five stars, I'm giving five stars. Thank you so much Tina for all your kindness and professionalism. I definitely will be back anytime. I need to go to an urgent care as this place is going to be on top of my list.

    I walked Claymont Medical Center in August.Ear wax had built up in my right ear.The lady was alone…read moredue to an accident on 95.She took a pick and light to remove wax.After cutting my ear enough to bleed,she told me what to order on Amazon to fix it myself.I did that and now wonder if she was even qualified.My Medicare denied it saying I needed a referral.I used Silverside medical for 40 years,they charge 150 even if you have no insuranceClaymont billed my insurance 800 which I will not pay,its an obscene charge. This guy was nice enough to even call me back and say he'd been in contact with DIN and given them the information they wanted. Got there this morning. Filled out a bunch of paperwork. The first lady was nice. Offered to call and find out if the device was OK for an MRI. Now the wicked witch came in and told us there was nothing they could do. Long story, after me explaining that we had already contacted the hear monitor company and the guy CALLED ME BACK and said he'd satisfied you, there's nothing in their records. 25 mile, 40 minute drive! This woman acted almost like a Government official or a cop or something: passive-aggressive polite. We accidentally gave them an e-mail address at the beginning, when I first made the appointment. THEY HAVE BEEN SPAMMING US NON-STOP FOR A WEEK!! And, get this: after that woman doing her very best not to be helpful this morning, I got home and there was ANOTHER E-MAIL instructing me to make a new appointment!! I called them and insisted they purge all our info. After putting me on hold twice, they said they would. They asked for the e-mail address one more time, which they'd been spamming for a week. When I thought, "They already have it; what's the harm?", I gave it to them and they agreed to purge all our info, which they probably won't do either. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to give them a ZERO-STAR review. If I had more energy, I would start a Youtube channel and make and upload video's of all our interactions, and you could be the judge. There was no "care", so I can't review "care quality". And now!! Under where I'm typing, it says, "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Glad to leave it!
