Easy to get to - place seems like it is being renovated or something or moving. Standard results/ machines you'd get anywhere else pretty much. Front desk was nice, chose a good time literally no one was there so wait was very quick compared to the 202 location. Got results and pics super fast in portal. Love the convenience of scheduling online which I recommend to everyone.. make your life easier without having to call. read more

My experience could not have been worse. I went over every detail during the initial phone interview due to an implant in my chest. Gave them every detail. They asked me to send info on the device which I did immediately when off the phone. Soonest appointment was two weeks out. So here I am sitting in pain for two weeks, it's Friday evening with appointment on Monday. Just received a call, after two weeks time has passed saying they can't do the MRI. I will NEVER use Delaware Imaging again. I'd do zero stars if it would let me. read more

I've showed up twice for an appointment to find out the scheduling department failed to schedule both of my scans. After the first time I was very very specific. My script showed the needed scans. This place deserves minus zero stars based on my experience. On August 6 I was being prepped for nasal reconstruction surgery because I have a very severe problem. The nurses did not like my monitored vital signs. They called the anesthesiologist who concurred; he called my surgeon. The surgeon agreed, and it was decided to cancel the surgery until I had an echocardiogram. They called my Primary Care Doctor and asked that it be requested as urgent (STAT) so that they could reschedule the surgery on an expedited basis. I called my Primary Care Doctor's office and said I would call them back with the place that I would like to have the echocardiogram done. I called the lab that usually does my testing, but they do not do this procedure, so they recommended Delaware Imaging Network (DIN). I called, explained the situation, and was told if they received the order that day (Thursday, August 6) that they could schedule me for either Monday the 10th or Tuesday the 11th. I was told I could call back until 7 PM to check if they received the order and to schedule an appointment. I called my Primary; they said they would send it immediately. I had lots of things to deal with that day because the surgery was cancelled. It was 5:45 before I had a chance to call DIN back. They were closed. I tried several numbers with the same result. I called early the next day (Friday). I was told they did NOT have the order and that they could not schedule me until Thursday, August 13, the echo would be read on August 19, and I should have the results by September 1. I reminded them this was an emergency (I desperately need this surgery). They said so what? Fortunately I was able to get an appointment for Monday (August 10) at Christiana Care. The person who helped me was efficient, kind, and went way beyond usual helpfulness to get me scheduled. I had the procedure (yesterday, August 10) and will have the results by close of business today. This morning I had an EMail from DIN saying I needed to call them because my Primary Care Doctor had placed an order for a procedure (remember, this was a STAT order). After wrestling with their ungodly phone system I finally was put through to someone with a very bad attitude from her first words. I asked her what the order was for and when it was received. She told me it was for an echocardiogram and that they had received it on August 6. Remember that when I talked to them on August 7 they said they did not have the order. I told them that I already had the procedure, and asked them to please remove the procedure and all information on me from their files. I am sure these people have caused many other serious problems -- and they probably are responsible for more than one death -- based on their lack of proper procedure and lack of communication. They are a disgrace. Stay away if you value your life, your health, and your sanity. read more

HORRIBLE!! My wife has a heart monitor implant. At their request, I contacted the people that make the implant. This guy was nice enough to even call me back and say he'd been in contact with DIN and given them the information they wanted. Got there this morning. Filled out a bunch of paperwork. The first lady was nice. Offered to call and find out if the device was OK for an MRI. Now the wicked witch came in and told us there was nothing they could do. Long story, after me explaining that we had already contacted the hear monitor company and the guy CALLED ME BACK and said he'd satisfied you, there's nothing in their records. 25 mile, 40 minute drive! This woman acted almost like a Government official or a cop or something: passive-aggressive polite. We accidentally gave them an e-mail address at the beginning, when I first made the appointment. THEY HAVE BEEN SPAMMING US NON-STOP FOR A WEEK!! And, get this: after that woman doing her very best not to be helpful this morning, I got home and there was ANOTHER E-MAIL instructing me to make a new appointment!! I called them and insisted they purge all our info. After putting me on hold twice, they said they would. They asked for the e-mail address one more time, which they'd been spamming for a week. When I thought, "They already have it; what's the harm?", I gave it to them and they agreed to purge all our info, which they probably won't do either. Unfortunately, there's no way for me to give them a ZERO-STAR review. If I had more energy, I would start a Youtube channel and make and upload video's of all our interactions, and you could be the judge. There was no "care", so I can't review "care quality". And now!! Under where I'm typing, it says, "This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!" Glad to leave it! read more

I had imaging done at their Middletown location on October 9th; a CT. Scan and MRI. This was inconvenient as I live in Wilmington. I am due for back surgery on 12/24. As I have no faith in. the surgeon, I scheduled a second appointment which needs to be done ASAP. That ended up being tomorrow. I called DI to arrange to pick up discs. I asked to pick them up near me. No. You must go to original location. Discs are there. Takes 24-48 hours. The images are online- I can see them in the portal so this is BS. Okay, but the surgeon can only see me tomorrow so can I get them today. Will you expedite them. "No sir, we decline to do so" Hand to heart - can't make this up. read more

I went to Delaware Imaging Care for a routine "free" mammogram. My insurance was sent a claim and I was charged $50 because the insurance received an incorrect code. After months of requesting Delaware Imaging to resend the correct code in which they did not, I opened a dispute with the BBB. They did not get a reply after being contacted twice. I went to Delaware Imaging Network for a test prescribed by my physisican. They performed the wrong test. When I brought this to their attention, they admitted they were wrong, and as of this writting they still have not authorized the scheduling of the proper test. I subsequently had to seek a different provider to avoid a delay in my treatment. As I have found nearly everyone I have dealt with at this company to be incompetent, be warned. read more

Called to schedule my annual Mammograms for the 2nd time in 2years. I have Commercial Insurance -PPO..no referrals are needed for any provider or specialist. Definitely no referral is needed for routine care. Was on the phone for over twenty minutes. Was advised that for my routine mammogram, i needed an order or Referral for my PPO insurance (which does NOT require a primary doctor at all). Please screen your schedulers/employees to verify they know the difference between Medicaid & Commercial insurance carriers. Make sure they know the difference from an HMO & PPO insurance coverage. Was a complete waste of time today. Really no stars! read more

My husband and I went to Delaware Imaging Network at Augustine Cut-Off 10/22/18 for bone scans. I'm giving this 2 stars rather than 1 because the person who did my bone scan was polite and professional. Same can't be said for the person at the receptionist desk. Our insurance didn't look right on their forms. We have basic Medicare. I don't remember now exactly what was wrong with the insurance they had down for us. I tried to tell the receptionist several times that the insurance was wrong. She wouldn't listen, even interrupted me and said it was okay. A month later we received bills for the full amounts of the tests. Called billing. This was submitted to our secondary and never to Medicare. If the receptionist hadn't been so dismissive, the bill would have been submitted to Medicare and I wouldn't have had to call about it. read more

My star is not for the actual service rendered but instead for their appt scheduling dept. I had an appt that I had to cancel and advised that I would reschedule (after my vacation). Every day after my cancellation, I received daily texts and automated phone calls starting at 8am asking me to reachedule! I will be rescheduling but not with Radnet - your obsessive and borderline harassing calls and texts have turned me away from them. I felt like they are desperate for business and will not stop until you reachedule. One or two calls would have been fine but a daily disturbance of both texts and calls is out of control especially when I advised I would call to reschedule. read more

This place is a joke!! On 1-27-2020 I had a 11AM appointment for a mammagram I arrived the required 15 prior to fill out paper work. After filling out the paper work and sitting an additional 15 minutes past appointment I ask how much longer and was told that 3 of the 4 techs were out with the flu and it would be TWO HOURS !! I had to leave and made appointment for 7:30 this morning. Again I arrived 15 minutes early. I deliberately made the first appt. of the day. At 7:50 I walked out. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I recommend it. Perhaps they should follow the Papostrovos work ethic and customer service!! read more

I want to first say that my actual MRI experience was fantastic. The male who did it was very personal, professional and nice. Patient services..... not so much. I made a appointment, but specifically asked for a call back about insurance coverage once authorization went through. I was told when scheduling that "they won't let me just show up" without that knowledge. A week later and the day before my appointment, I still hadn't received a call so I called myself. My appointment had been cancelled..... no one had called to inform me or with the reason why. (A reason that could have been settled with a phone call in the first place). My regular appointment time, that I took off work for, was no longer available and I had to reschedule another week out. Again, no call before to update me on authorization so I called again and it seemed like everything was approved. After my MRI, my PCP called and said I need to see an orthopedic and they will need a copy of the MRI for the appointment. I call their medical record line and left a message, no response even after 4 business days. Fast forward to now, I call (twice btw) to confirm that my results are ready for pick up, they are, so I drive over to pick them up, but tell me I have to sign in and wait...... Waited 15 mins before asking if they can give it to me because I needed to get back to work. They did, thankfully, but not without an annoyed facial expression. I work in the medical field, i understand that the days are stressful and more times than not you are overworked. But something's gotta change at this place. read more

First crowded no social distancing at desk. The one lady handed out clean pens while the other let everyone use same ones and put them back in clean can instead if used. Waited 50 minutes for the mamagram and, didn't like being in there that long with people coughing etc. Only 2 seats in back not 6ft apart, more than 2 people in there one sat in dressing room. Tech had to redo some images, maybe lack of training, in a hurry I dont know. I will be looking for another place after using del imaging, didn't have issue when it was papastrovos. read more

Delaware Imaging Network is a corporate owned conglomeration of previously separate imaging entities. Other than Christiana, they seem to be the only one left in Delaware, so not a lot of choices. They are terrible. I made an appointment online, which seemed convenient. I was a little early but had to wait an hour past my appointment time. The receptionist was rude, had incorrect info regarding what I needed to pay (shb just a copay), and bullied me into paying by insisting that I had to pay in order to be seen. When I finally went back with the tech, I found out there was prep for my test about which I was not informed, so now I had te reschedule. I was very upset but remained civil. I came back for my rescheduled appointment and later found out they billed my card for 2 copays, in addition to the amount that I did not owe in the first place. The second copay was not even authorized by me, and has been refunded, but I am still fighting to get back the additional amount I did not owe, that both I and my insurance paid them. I then had a follow up appointment and they tried to make me pay again, but I refused and made the copayment. I had to sign off on an acknowlegement that I would pay the remaining $280 if my insurance did not, and that was only after I gave them a hard copy of my schedule of benefits. Terrible, terrible, and unprofessional. I will not be back and will tell everyone who asks me. read more

And they continue to be very unresponsive and ignorant to their customers. After being strong armed to pay a co-insurance or service will be denied, Jane from their office calls and apologizes and they issue a credit to me and said I will receive no bills from Delaware Imaging. I knew that was too good to be true. Received a bill, back and forth on phone, ask for itemized bill and dispute note to be put in system about bill, and they send me to collections. Your company is what gives healthcare a bad name. read more
