I started going when they were located in the Happy Canyon Shopping Center on Hampden Road, in Denver and I've continued my yearly lab work there since their move to the location on Arapahoe Road in Centennial. My experiences in Happy Canyon were always positive, but after the move to Centennial, the service was hit or miss. When it was a "miss", it was always a significant one." However, today was a refreshing change--it was truly a pleasant experience. Carrie was wonderful; she was friendly, kind, and returned my call promptly after I left a message this morning. Her efficiency and professionalism made my visit exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate everything she did today. Additionally, the best bonus is that she is an exceptional phlebotomist. I had been at this location with my daughter for fingerprinting and had a good experience with a different staff member. I explained that I had previously experienced problems with fingerprinting in the past because of a medical condition. As the process took longer and fingerprints had to be repeated she grew and more irritated and harsh. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Avoid this place! Edited to add that the owner of the business called me after I sent him an email about my experience. He was kind and responsive. He seemed to care about my experience.

Dr Mobley will definitely be the surgeon I use once I have exhausted all other options to avoid the obvious. If I can receive some relief from a Rhizotomy as I have had in the past then I will go with that for now . Clear up what I need to get done to prepare for the fusion and "rod" that will be placed in my back to avoid my vertebras from "slipping. Not sure of all the technical verbiage. Dr Mobley saw what extreme pain I was in and quickly made a call to get the process sped up as quickly as possible. Dr Mobley had asked them to start pre authorizing the treatment I need so I can have it done more quickly.
