What seemed like a simple task turned out to be incredible difficult. Not because anylabtest did any thing wrong. Rather it is our health care system which can"t make anything easy. I felt compelled to write this review today because I believe in the adage, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all." I want to share that I had the best experience today at Any Lab Test Now, a place I have been visiting for over 15 years! I started going when they were located in the Happy Canyon Shopping Center on Hampden Road, in Denver and I've continued my yearly lab work there since their move to the location on Arapahoe Road in Centennial. My experiences in Happy Canyon were always positive, but after the move to Centennial, the service was hit or miss. When it was a "miss", it was always a significant one." However, today was a refreshing change--it was truly a pleasant experience. Carrie was wonderful; she was friendly, kind, and returned my call promptly after I left a message this morning. Her efficiency and professionalism made my visit exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate everything she did today. Additionally, the best bonus is that she is an exceptional phlebotomist. Walked in and nobody talked to be for 15 minutes while I just stood at the desk. After the 15 minutes they finally approached me and told me that everyone was going on lunch. I asked to waiting in the waiting room and they said no. What's the point of having a waiting room? read more

Don't bother with a Rapid test here, because they don't give results in a rapid manner. Also are rude (but with syrup)! Somehow try to make it the customer's fault that they schedule more work than they can deliver. So they collect your money with an expectation that results would be timely, and don't hold up their end of the bargain. read more

I would give them a ZERO if I could. They are suppose to open at 8am.Door locked when I arrived at 8. A young lady answered and it looked liked she just woke up(hair was all matted) and was very snotty telling me not to knock on the door. She doesn't appreciate it...Well I am so sorry I bothered you and your business. You may want to open later in the day if its too much for you to get out of bed and look presentable when running a business and opening when you have on the website and the door that you open at 8am. read more

Went in today for an ALCAT food sensitivity blood draw. As far as I know, AnyLabs is the only lab that does this draw in CO. Charles informed me he was an intern and asked if it was okay if he did the draw. You would think he'd been doing this for years. He found the vein right away and I barely felt the needle go in. Phariah was also onsite to assist him. She's been here for years and is a beautiful kind soul who puts you right at ease. I would definitely recommend this place. The first time I came here for lab work it was fine. Easy peezy... The second time not so much the tech who drew my blood stuck me 3 times until finally getting my vein. Which honestly doesn't bother me to much because I do have small veins and needles don't really bother me. I feel sorry for anyone who has an eversion though. My issue with this place starts after the draw. I thought everything was fine and started checking on line for my results and they weren't showing up. Finally my appointment with my doc rolls around to go over my results and come to find out the tech SENT IN THE WRONG TUBE! There is a picture of the tube your supposed to send in on the requisition form! How do you screw that up. I probably would not have been so pissed if someone called from there and said something but no one did and I still got billed. It was for hormone testing so there are only a few days a month you can get that done. So now I have to wait and do it all over again. Super frustrating. I definitely won't be going back. read more

This morning went into any lab test now experiencing The managerbeing very disrespectful to one of her employees speaking in A very disrespectful tone giving her orders and telling her that she needs to put on "wash her mouth and her mouth is the problem .The manager then told her if I tell you to do something you do it when I tell you now after you're completing the task you do it now. Employee try to explain to her she's finishing a task but the manager was not trying to hear her. It was a very uncomfortable setting for me and management or higher up should definitely address the clinical manager in her performance as well. She was told to not come back by the manager and the other employee told her that it is not OK for her to talk to people like that it's very disrespectful. read more

Horrific. The staff was poorly trained and the facility was cluttered / dirty. In summary, just plain gross.

I needed to take my 10 year old in to get her blood drawn for the first time. Needless to say, she was very anxious and not wanting to do this. The staff was very accommodating. Pfaria, who was the only person there when we arrived, spent a hour with us trying and then called her supervisor. He came in early and the now team of 3 were able to get the job done. My visit to Any Lab Test Now far exceeded my expectations, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable from the girl who answered my questions on the phone to the man who drew my blood. My results came back faster than I had expected and they were easy to read. I like the fact that you do not need a Doctors referral to have tests performed and thought they offered a large range of tests that were reasonably priced.
