When they eventually found the sample, they said it was contaminated (because they went through the vein) and said she should just come back in to have it redone. I drove her to Bellevue to an experienced tech with a different company, rather than put her through that again. After she nearly fainted post draw and they offered her nothing we decided anywhere else would be better than Quest. If 0 stars was possible that's what i would give this establishment.

Most of my physicians use different labs, so it has been a long time since I came to a Quest facility. It was bad then, but soooooooo much worse now! Quest has been quite ingenious in creating a system which encourages a passive aggressive, unkind, disrespectful, rude, demeaning attitude in their employees. I came home in tears and will die of what ever ails me before returning to a Quest lab.

I attempted to call to schedule the appointment, but the voicemail indicated a 48-hour callback policy. Since I was required to complete my physical within that same 48-hour window, I did not want to risk missing the deadline and therefore made the drive to the clinic in person. When I arrived, there were multiple receptionists in the back who could have answered my call but did not. The receptionist who assisted me informed me that I would need to speak with the individual responsible for scheduling physical appointments. I waited for her to come out; she asked a few questions and then returned to the back. When she returned, she appeared disorganized and stated that she was unable to schedule me for that day. Her name is June Hathaway. I found her demeanor to be condescending and unprofessional.

Bernoulli at reception was loud, almost obnoxious and he is just not the right fit for someone in that position. He was trying to get information from a man (who I overhead has cancer). His manner of questioning this older man about the man's Doctor's address was pathetic and sad. Martha is nice, can be curt (past experiences). She always has a really sour look on her face. They don't want to be there. Guess what? The clients who come in to have labwork done don't want to be there either. A lot are going through some pretty serious health stuff, and they are terrified / scared. They should be treated with some level of dignity and compassion, and basic human respect. ALL the clients who go there should be treated with respect. If the staff are stressed because they are so busy, perhaps this giant company should be hiring more people (?) to staff the lab. I notice the labs are often closed for training. At this location, MUCH MORE training is required regarding human interaction.

She ordered an ultrasound on my knee as a "precaution" even though she thought it was a sprain (I'm assuming only because she had to) I had a suspected 13 mm tear in my MCL after my ultrasound. I was in physical therapy for months and took me that long plus more time to return to work. If she would have really listened to what happened and how much pain I was in I possibly could have gotten into physical therapy sooner and avoived being out of work longer than I needed to. We aren't all drug seekers. Sometimes an injury can be survire even in a walk in clinic. Please take the time to listen to your patients.

I've been to so many LifeLabs, I've lost count. But BY FAR, this is the absolute best site, hands…read moredown. Here are the reasons: -efficiency. They are appointment-based only. No walk-ins. So you are assured a spot and a time, with minimal waiting. -large and bright office, and impeccably clean. -FREE WI-FI. (This is a real rarity at other lab sites). -more services are offered here than at many other LifeLab sites. Examples: EKG's, cardiac holder monitors, etc. -Professionalism of staff. A female checked me in (I didn't get her name) and although she was somewhat aloof, she was thorough and organized and I had zero wait time. My tech was Ian and he was phenomenal. I have had to get cardiac monitors and EKG's frequently and he was the most thorough when it came to instructions and, wow, they even provide you with a mesh "vest" over the monitor (I never got that before, and it made a huge difference in comfort level and stability). And even upon returning the following day, the staff here remembered me and the whole "disconnect and drop-off" experience was, dare I say, pleasant. My experiences at this site were unlike any I've had at other LifeLabs, and this will be the only site I go to from here on in, for sure.
