Great place for Urology Care. The whole staff is wonderful except for one person. That would be one of the front desk staff that answers the phone. She is rude and also misinformed. Had the same experience as Virleen, I have had several kidney stones over the years. I know what they feel like, the pain is so awful it makes me throw up. Movement causes sharp stabbing pains, I have been lying on the floor at work, barely sleeping because movement causes pain, barely able to sit in my desk at work waiting for what I thought was this doctors office making a lets help her get well plan. NOPE! They had me see the nurse who was so busy acting as though I am faking it, I don't cry and scream in pain I get very quiet and withdrawn. I have been in the ER many times with large stones and they were always surprised I wasn't crying. X ray showed 8 stones, but nurse claimed there we not in a place they worried about and wanted to then just do nothing for me. I work two jobs, I now have two weeks wasted with this office and now have to start over with a doctor who does not hire nurses who think patients are there "faking it" because that is exactly what she insinuated. If you have painful kidney stones don't bother with this office. They used to be great, and are now far from. I have zero free time to waste pretending at doctors offices believe me, not to mention I hate going to doctors and avoid it until I have to. I also don't have time to write reviews, but this time I have to share so others hopefully do not waste time here when hurting and need someone to actually find a solution. read more

This office is wonderful. The Drs are knowledgeable and they speak using terms I can understand. One of the office staff came from the back and gave me a hug right after we got some so-so results. That was so comforting!! I would recommend this office to anyone. read more

I had an urgent need to have a catheter inserted during the evening of March 23, 2022. I called a physician friend who called Dr. Campbell Bryson and informed Dr. Bryson of my urgent need to have a catheter inserted after his clinic was closed for the day. Dr. Bryson called me immediately and said "I will get you taken care of immediately." Dr. Bryson gave me the directions to his clinic and met me there as I arrived at about 8:00 pm and opened his clinic. I had not been a patient of Dr. Bryson prior to this spontaneous after hours appointment. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for this Urologist's willingness to help a person he had never met and did so after hours. Dr. Bryson inserted the catheter and my pain and anxiety immediately ceased. I give my complete endorsement of Dr. Bryson. He walks the talk of the Hippocratic Oath he pledged to when he became a physician. You would be in very caring and expert hands as a patient of Dr. Bryson. I saw Dr. Emeruwa at St Joes I have never taken the time out of my life to leave a bad review on anyone let alone a person who is there to help others feel better and heal. I was beyond shocked at the way Dr. Emeruwa had treated me and spoke to me regarding my medical problem, it just blew my mind a physician who works around the clock and is a specialist in urology had the audacity to assume I faking my pain levels cause by kidney stones just to get pain meds, sure people probably do that but as a doctor you should hear out your patient and review their chart and go over their medical history before assuming anything. I have never experienced anything this horrible and unprofessional. As someone who works around nurses and medical staff all day I was just beyond shocked and hurt that we still have people who behave like that towards others. For the first time I can say a doctor has made me felt so uncomfortable and so dumb for being at hospital in time of need for help, I would not recommend anyone to see someone who behaves like that. All I would say that Dr. Emeruwa could really learn some bedside manners with all that education he has, other wise good luck to him and his patients, that man comes locked and loaded with assumptions before he even gets to speak to his patients. All that education should have at least taught Dr. Emeruwa that normal Tylenol really does not help someone who's suffering from intense pain caused by a kidney stone. Put your ego and assumptions to side and talk to your patients instead of causing more pain and discomfort. I have always heard people talking about their bad experiences with doctors or medical staff but I never really thought of it as anything til I experienced it on my own it surely sucks when your in pain and the doctor refuses to see it and believe it even if everyone around him can see it. Wonderful new facility. I saw Dr. Orton, as he was recommended by the ER doctor. I am extremely pleased with the quality of care I was provided by all the staff. He sat and talked/listened to me for quite a decent amount of time and never rushed once. He was patient and extremely professional. I highly recommended him and any doctor in this facility! read more

Very disappoint in the quality of service! After exam went for another blood draw for PSA lab report . I waited for 5 days after I knew they had received & still no call. I called & talked with Nurse that said they are very busy & she did not know how to read report but said will check with Doc & call me back by end of day, NO call. I could let this pass if only concerned about a flue, unfortunately it is not. read more
