Half way on our road trip I ended up having to call 911 because he was having a psychotic episode. Turns out his bladder was not functioning and he ended up with sepsis. He had been retaining urine for a very long time and Reznicek missed the call. If I hadn't gotten him into the hospital that night he would have died. It took him over a year of brain therapy to bring him back to his normal self. Thank God for Competent urologists in Arizona to be able to perform successful surgery and return him to health. Reznicek was short, pompous and had no bedside manner. He didn't have time for our questions.

Given not clear answers being brushed off, asked this numerous times on a few appointments when he had a certain procedure done from another office, which makes me feel like he never reviewed my husband's medical records prior to coming there. He does not like to be asked questions and he makes that clear in his demeanor left on both occasions feeling very uneasy will be changing care.

Ok two weeks waiting and now get to start over with another doctor!? Do nothing is the solution? No longer a good location to go to - never ever have I been treated this way! On the day of my appointment, and just as I was being prepped for the surgery, Dr Casperson stuck her head around the curtain and chirped " this will only take three minutes!" Well great, that would be fine if the procedure was successful. Not only did it not help my incontinence, I now have an additional symptom I won't go into. I was told I could have a "top up", which would cost me an additional $350.00 out of pocket. She did not see me post op at all. The nursing staff were great, their care giving talents were certainly superior to Dr Casperson.

I was glad to not waste a couple of hours for an unnecessary trip. I like that he runs on time for appointments in his office. I don't like spending time in the waiting room.
