I doubt I would ever go back there unless an emergency. The hours are 6:30 -2 but they locked the door at 11:30 and told people they were too crowded. So folks who had later appts were turned away. All we wanted to know is what the charges were for and why we were suddenly being charged for something that we were never charged for before. It's almost impossible to talk to a person. We tried online. We tried over the phone. The prompts either give you a programed response that has nothing to do with our question or when we actually got a live person from (apparently) a billing agency who had no idea what we were talking about. We have spent all day and 15 phone calls and we're unable to resolve anything.
