I immediately showed her both the email and text message confirmations as proof. Despite this, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are booked and can't fit you in." I explained that I had followed all proper procedures and arrived with valid confirmation for my son's appointment. She refused to make any effort to help, offered no alternatives, and showed no empathy or concern. The response remained the same: "Sorry, we are booked." I found this interaction extremely upsetting. This was not just an inconvenience--it was a complete failure of customer service and basic human compassion, particularly when dealing with a child's medical appointment.
