You don't want to find problems after you close. Eric is hardworking and very thorough. He's very knowledgeable and explains what he observes and puts it in layman's terms. He is quick to turn around the inspection report to customers and this report is helpful to negotiate when buying a property. Eric does what it takes to see every part of a house to do a complete inspection. During a recent home inspection, Eric squeezed into a small access hatch and investigated the crawl place under a house. Eric is a fantastic home inspector and I highly recommend him!

I made the appointment online through Carbon Health and received both an email confirmation and a text message confirming the appointment. Upon arrival at the Marlboro office, I was told by the woman at the front desk that the appointment "did not go through" and that there was no record of my son's appointment in their system. I immediately showed her both the email and text message confirmations as proof. Despite this, I was simply told, "Sorry, we are booked and can't fit you in." I explained that I had followed all proper procedures and arrived with valid confirmation for my son's appointment. She refused to make any effort to help, offered no alternatives, and showed no empathy or concern. The response remained the same: "Sorry, we are booked." I found this interaction extremely upsetting. This was not just an inconvenience--it was a complete failure of customer service and basic human compassion, particularly when dealing with a child's medical appointment. At no point did I feel listened to or supported, and no attempt was made to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the error on Carbon Health's end. I expect better from a healthcare provider. I am requesting a review of this incident, an explanation of how a confirmed appointment could be disregarded, and information on what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other families.
