For me it was too cold inside even while wearing a jacket especially as I was drinking water to stay hydrated for the blood work.

Absolutely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Behavior by the Clinic Owner - Patients Deserve Better…read more After nearly a year of being under their so-called "treatment" (a topic deserving its own separate review), I returned today for what was supposed to be my sixth follow-up appointment -- and it quickly became one of the most frustrating and insulting experiences I've ever had in any medical setting. Let me start by saying: the staff and assistants have always been kind and professional, apparently keeping this place running. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the owners, whose behavior today was nothing short of outrageous. As we were leaving, my wife needed to use the restroom. The clinic keeps the restrooms locked and provides a key when requested. We received the key from the front desk and she went to the "Ladies" restroom -- clearly labeled as such -- located in the hallway near the elevators, outside the clinic itself. While I waited in the hallway, Dr. Lemus, a woman I believe to be his wife (who introduced herself as the owner), and a small group appeared in the hallway. The woman walked directly to the same "Ladies" restroom and opened the door, attempting to usher the doctor inside. I immediately told her, politely, that my wife was currently using it. Her response? She completely ignored me, claimed it was her private restroom, and stated no clients should be using it. She repeatedly insisted the doctor go in anyway. Let that sink in: a bathroom labeled "Ladies" -- with no sign suggesting it was private, staff-only, or off-limits -- and she felt entitled to override common decency and invade someone's privacy. Thankfully, the doctor chose not to enter. The woman then went inside herself for a moment, then stormed back into the office to complain loudly to her staff -- which I could clearly hear from the hallway. When my wife came out, I returned the key and told the staff, with the owner standing there, that if the restroom is not for patient use, they should mark it accordingly -- a basic courtesy in any professional setting. Rather than addressing the issue like a rational adult, the owner became defensive, aggressive, and completely unhinged. She snapped that I had no right to speak to her staff, and that she could do "whatever she wants" because it's her business. That comment alone tells you everything you need to know. This was not just unprofessional -- it was a blatant display of entitlement, disrespect, and a total disregard for patient dignity. No matter how much you invest in marketing or try to craft a polished image, it always comes down to who you really are at the core -- and today, this woman revealed exactly that. Her actions showed just how dismissive and disrespectful she can be toward the very people who keep her business running. There are plenty of medical facilities where patients are treated with respect and basic human decency. This is not one of them. Avoid this place at all costs. You deserve better.
