This place does not follow regulations for OSHA. Employees are eating and drinking in the same stations that they are drawing blood at. Trash on the floors. No one washed their hands the whole time. Patient information was available for anyone to look at on the computer screens. Management needs to step up. Instructions for a clean catch was not given. Quest must have made some new changes to their staff based on previous reviews. Everyone was great! The lady at the front desk was nice and obviously focused on her work. I HATE getting my blood drawn, but the woman who did it was wet kind and sensitive to the fact that I was upset. read more

Very unprofessional office in the Upper East Side. Even with 100% insurance coverage they still ask for a credit card for pre-authorization in case your insurance doesn't cover a lab test. How about just finding out before you perform the test? Customers beware: ask your insurance first if this is legal. Other than this new policy which I was informed by the tech, the service here is very inconsistent. The individual employees range from semi-helpful to a complete lack of customer service. They don't seem to really care that you are a paying customer. Their labs are scattered throughout South Florida and every single one of them is staffed the same way. You will never see the same employee there twice which means that they have a very high turnover rate. read more

I was a bit worried about using this location because of bad reviews, but it is the most convenient to my home so I gave them a try. I'm very glad I did! Free valet parking was a huge benefit as parking at some locations can be a problem. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. There was only 1 person ahead of me. I was done and out by 8:00. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Offices were clean and bright. Best of all, Cecilia's blood draw was so good, I didn't feel it at all. This location is the only one I will use from now on. This is the worst laboratory that can exist in Miami, I was waiting for more than 2 hours to have my blood tests done, I still had an appointment! only one person was working in the laboratory, and the number that they gave me of confirmation of my appointment did not exist according to the system that they handled, really everything very badly. read more

I got my blood drawn here on Tuesday. They had to take six viles. I regularly go to this location and can verify that the person who works at the front HATES her job and is extremely rude. Nonetheless I am still overly friendly because I know she's going to stick a needle in me. Most times it's turned out OK and I get in and out quickly. Still rude but OK. This time however she was moving the needle sooo much in between each vile drawn. Normally someone has one finger on the needle inserted so it doesn't move as much between changing viles but not this time. I was clearly uncomfortable and asked that she be careful so she didn't blow the vein. She was clearly upset I suggested she was doing this wrong and snarkly remarked there might be a small bruise so I should just ice it. I've never had this bad of a bruise for only six viles of blood. So irritated. This is not how an arm should look after this type of blood draw. These people hate their jobs and are not good at them anyway. Go somewhere else. Worst automated phone appointment system ever, one staff person with limited English skills doing everything from being the receptionist to the phlebotomist to cleaning the place up, computers not working necessitating my doctor to fax the lab orders to the barely English speaking receptionist/phlebotomist/clean-up woman, a bare bones waiting area, and limited valet only parking in a questionable area. But they do have a cool automobile hanging off the front of the building (true), so they deserve at least one star for that. read more

Go online to book an appt and they will email you a reminder. This location has a gated & secure parking lot with valet should you so choose. Quest is located on the 2nd floor, there was only 1 employee doing all the work and bless her heart she never stopped for a breath but this slowed down service significantly. I am unhappy with my visit. I arrived 15 min early for my 9am appointment, but they did not take my blood until 10. The waiting room was full. The people working there were nasty. They were not taking people in order.There was a urine sample sitting on the front counter for well over 30 min that someone dropped off. Yuck. I recommend you find a different location. read more

The absolute worst!!! This is my third visit. I have come with an appointment and as a walk-in. No matter what, you can't get serviced on time. Expect to wait at least an hour. I have taken time off from work to come here and have spent so much money on Uber rides to and from. Apparently there are only 2 nurse practitioners. Be careful in setting your appointment online. It may not show up on their appointment list. Guess what? You even can't confirm your appointment because they NEVER pick up their phone. I'm never one to take time from my life to write a review, but if this post saves someone time, money, sleep and effort than its worth taking the time to write the review. Very poorly managed location. For starters, there is no sign outside and it is 4 blocks from the Denny's that they indicate from the landmark. Not many people in the waiting room but it still takes forever. When I arrived, there wasn't a receptionist or anything. It took them 10 minutes just to give me the clipboard to sign in. My appointment was at 8:30 and I have been sitting here for an hour and still have not been seen. This is ridiculous! Customer service was horrible as well. Never again.
