I had an amazing experience at Trufa Med Urgent Care in Surfside on the 4th of July. I arrived just five minutes before closing, and instead of rushing me, the entire staff treated me with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. I have asthma and had completely run out of my medication. Since it was a holiday, I couldn't reach my doctor, and most pharmacies were closed. Dr. Shane Naidoo was incredibly professional, patient, and caring. He took the time to make sure I received the treatment I needed and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone by arriving so close to closing time. The nurses and staff were all warm, friendly, and attentive. They even stayed after closing to make sure I was okay and helped me find a 24-hour pharmacy where I could fill my prescription that same night. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. It's rare to find a medical team that goes above and beyond the way they did. I highly recommend Trufa Med Urgent Care to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and outstanding medical care. The clinic is spacious and comfortable and the rooms are equipped with the latest medical equipment to guarantee a modern and comprehensive approach to whatever concerns you have. There also is a lab for testing and radiology in-house guaranteeing you'll get your results right away. The staff is eager and friendly and Dr. Naidoo is one of the kindest and thorough physicians you'll find in Miami. The office itself is absolutely STUNNING, clean, and equipped with more than the average urgent care office.
