Blood draw. Brandy was fantastic, I didn't even feel the needle. I only want her for future blood work.

Had a pleasant experience getting my lab work completed. I scheduled an appointment online and did so on the same day. I was surprised to see so many appointments listed for same day. Once I arrived I signed in on the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. As soon as I sat down, the lady came to the door and called my name and told me which room to go to. Once entering the room, the phlebotomist had me verify my name and DOB. The young lady that was going to draw my blood asked for help as she didn't feel confident in sticking me as my veins are pretty deep and hard to find, so a colleague came and assisted her. I appreciate that more than they know as I hate getting my blood drawn. The second young lady found a vein and stuck me once but was unsuccessful in drawing blood. She then went to get a third lady to assist. The third woman was an older lady who told me she has been doing phlebotomy for about 40 years. She took her time finding a vein and didn't stick me until she 100% sure she was going to get what she needed. (Third time was the charm) I didn't feel a thing! She made sure to check on me as it felt like she took about 8 tubes of blood. I appreciate the care I received today and many laughs I got for the short time I was in the office! read more

Whoever decided that they should not only have a tv on but play it at full blast should feel bad. I've never had a more unpleasant waiting room experience. Even my noise cancelling headphones couldn't down it out. Also who wants to watch depressing world news while waiting for medical tests to be done? Surely someone could've thought this through more. It's also ridiculous that they don't offer wifi but require you to check in on your phone if you make an appointment. The wait times are also very long, even if you schedule an appointment. At least the care professionals are nice and the unpleasant atmosphere has nothing to do with them. They're the only reason I'm giving three stars instead of 2. read more

First of all, there is no sign on the building or inside the building. Once you find the actual lab, there's a tiny little taped on sign that just says quest. It's about 3" x 5". You go inside and there's a load of people waiting to get tested. When you try to schedule an appointment on the phone, you cannot do it without there being difficulty understanding how to set up the appointment. I would not recommend going to this place for anything. read more

DO NOT GO HERE I do not do well with needles, and they somehow forgot to draw blood for more than half the tests my doctor ordered, so now I have to make another appointment, sit in the waiting room for 2 hours again, and get blood drawn again when they should've done it in one sitting. read more

After visiting an urgent care on Sunday, I was to drop off a lab specimen at Quest for analysis. I arrived at 9:00 AM to simply drop off the lab. The waiting area was packed, standing room only, with people lined up past the elevator. A Mercy employee told me that I needed an appointment to drop off my lab. I went home and made an appointment for 2:30. I drove back, checked in on the iPad (no human to assist) and waited and waited. Again, full room, standing people everywhere. At 2:30 they were just beginning to call the 1:30 appointments back. People had been waiting for hours. It was not a good situation. This is possibly the worst lab experience I've ever had. It should not be this hard to drop something off! read more

I could not have been more pleased with the care I received from Tiffany. She took the time to call a second physicians office to request orders that should have been sent, in order to save me a return trip. She was professional and lovely to chat with. It was obvious she valued her job, the women she worked with and her patients! read more

With a pre-booked appointment (via Quest's website), my experience was a breeze on a Tuesday morning. Checked in and was called within 10 minutes - actually a bit before my scheduled appointment time. The attendant was kind, gentle, and quick. I was in-and-out for the quick bloodwork draw in about 6 minutes. Giving "4" stars, though, because I have come to this location before for a walk-in and had to wait over an hour; the waiting room is in the basement with no Wi-Fi and little cell service. There is no reception desk, so it's difficult to ask questions. read more

Many staff are non-communicative or rude. Kiosk sign in is not user friendly for many people and there is no one to help. Other clients in the waiting area will often provide assistance. read more

Walked in for my appointment 10 minutes ahead as suggested and the whole place was closed. I guess no one showed up for work that morning as this was well after they open at 730. People were ringing the doorbell and calling the phone number for the location to no avail. Now I have to take off work again to go in to another location. read more

The staff here goes out of their way to make sure you know that they couldn't possibly care less about your time, effort, or health. And not only are they rude, they're slow. Just an all-around awful experience. read more

This was my first visit. Upon entering you must sign in digitally at a kiosk. It will ask you if you have an appointment or walk in. I was a walk in and the kiosk read the time of appointment. I waited 15 minutes until a staff member came out to get someone else, while she was there I politely asked her approximately how close the readout times were because this was my first visit. She snapped back "we are doing the best we can!". I replied that I was sure that they are but that I was just wondering because this was my first time at this facility. Overall, as a walk-in, I probably waited a reasonable time (approximately 40 minutes). After admittance, staff was pleasant (not previously mentioned person). I won't return. read more

Did you know that every time I go to Quest they copy my Medicare card and my Humana card? I asked them why they didn't store my medical information and they said "It's not our policy" feel that not storing insurance information is outrageous. read more

I wish I could write this establishment in the negative. I have never seen a more rude and vulgar worker than the one who claimed her name was Tammy. Probably isn't even her real name. She was so rude to an elderly woman who didn't know how to use the kiosk and when I told her she was not very friendly and that she was being rude she started yelling at me too. I kept repeating myself that there was no reason for her to be so rude. She finally told me that I needed to leave because she wasn't going to provide me with any service. After she went back inside all the patients waiting in the lobby explained to me that she was always rude and the majority of them were elderly. The lady she was rude with that morning was dropping off something for her husband who was dying of cancer. No one deserves to be treated the way she treats people especially someone who is going through something like that. Another very nice lady came out and did help. I believe her name was Nina Who laughed when I explained to her that Tammie claimed I would not be given service. Nina not only took care of myself but she took care of the lady that Tammy had been so rude to. As I waited my turn, another elderly lady in the waiting room came up to me and thanked me for standing up to Tammie because she said she is always rude. She also told me that one time when she was there for an appointment she was actually asked who she was going to vote for and that she was told if she did not vote Democratic that she better watch out because if the right party does not win which was democratic "they were going to burn and tear the city down". I don't think someone like that should deal with the public. Perhaps she's a very intelligent person but she definitely needs to be somewhere where she's not around human beings because she certainly doesn't know how to act like one. I take care of insurance where I work and whenever someone asks me where to go for lab work I will no longer be recommending Quest... I was absolutely horrified. read more

The lady working the blood drawing station today was amazing! Same lady that drew blood from my youngest weeks ago....She was so kind to both, very inclusive with her language, understood the importance of pronouns. Kudos to this lovely lady- great stick too!!! read more

I received a blood test from this location and will never return, nor refer anyone to use this lab. During the test, I had severe sharp pain. When the test was completed, she drawer said the reason there was pain was because my arm was not straight. I was not taken into a cubicle for the blood draw, but, was seated in the hall. The drawer told me to rest my arm over my purse. After the test, I while on waiting area, I saw my arm was bleeding. I knocked on door and there was not an answer. I then went back to my physician's office to show staff. The nurse immediately suggested rewrapping the arm to stop bleeding. We returned to lab, knocked and rang bell. No answer. Went back to physician's office, where nurse took photos of my arm and sent a complaint regarding the inept blood draw. 2 days later, my arm is bruised over a large area and still swollen. Physicas office is monitoring the healing from this incident. read more
