She came to the door and said she did not have an appointment acting very accusatory. She asked for my phone since I had mobile checked in. I had incorrectly selected another location on Bee Ridge. She told me to go there. THERE WAS NO ONE waiting. I was the only one there. They accept walk ins (without an appointment). She never offered to help me or treat me as a walk in. I had to drive to the other location and was 15 minutes late. That is horrible customer service!

I'll start by saying they have valet parking when you come to this hospital for regular visit or for ER visit I had to go to the ER Thought I was having a heart attack or stroke. They got me immediately back ran a ton of test for two days kept me for observation overnight. It was a complete team approach and I was very very very impressed. The other time that I was at this hospital was recently when my friends daughter gave birth. The entire process the entire team did a fantastic job. Communication was amazing. Their procedures and policies were very modern and up-to-date. After the birth and in the room, the baby never left the room or the mother side or should I say site they had a lot of educational resources and made sure that the Mom understood many things about being a mother what to do in the early days, taking care of a baby. There was a lot of education a lot of communication and a real desire to help the mom take care of the baby the way, the mom wanted to have things done. They were very respectful and very attentive. I could go on and on and on, but after having experience in other hospitals, I can't say this is absolutely the best hospital I've ever been in a reserved service from.

The ER has a lot of regulations that don't really make sense - for example they have to push you in a wheel chair even if you are able to walk! I wasn't a big fan on that. It did take a bit of time for a Dr to read the results of the scan and follow up, but I was provided with some sandwiches and a nurse checked in on me. The level of care was fairly quick and professional and I had full confidence in the medical team. I was impressed. They took a copay and have not heard anything more about billing (yet).

He was unwelcoming and curt in his response(s) to every patient who was being registered. The ordering Physician did not get lab results for 10 days after the blood was drawn. There was also no hand sanitizer, at least that I saw. You gonna make me touch stuff that sick people might have touched, help me stay healthy.

Lets hope your life and lifestyle are not at risk as my wife's now is as she can't have surgery until this is completed and has been on bed rest for a month and now who knows when they will get this done. My appointment was at 6:50 and that's when I arrived. I was worried that I was going to have a long wait after seeing the full waiting room. My name was called within a minute or two of sitting down. The technician was quick and efficient. I was on my way back home within 15 minutes of arriving. I definitely recommend you make an appointment and you'll get great quick service.

This place is absolute trash. I was referred to them by my urologist for a surgery I need. When I…read moreshowed up to my 1:00 appointment the door was locked. Fifteen minutes later they showed up with their doggy bags from lunch in hand. I asked the receptionist how much the visit was going to cost because I was paying out of pocket. She said she didn't know. When I left I was ready to pay but she told me they don't charge for a consultation. Four months later I got a bill for $1347. I called the billing department which is actually just a foreign call center. This is a huge red flag to me. The 2nd red flag is that option 1 from the automated message at the billing department says "If you are a lawyer press 2" which tells me that lawyers are calling them so often they have a special option for them. For a whole week, I was stressed about this $1347 bill and no one returned my calls from the Dr.'s office. When I finally got through to them they told me someone had contacted me "I have the email right here that says so." Well, they don't exactly have a stellar track record for passing on accurate information. No one ever contacted me. The bottom line is this place is a clown show. I wouldn't trust them to pull a hangnail from my finger let alone do surgery on me.
