I had my blood drawn for physical a week ago. My appointment was today and results are still not available . That is ridiculous!

BEWARE of Quest Diagnostics! if you go to any doctor, and it requires any kind of testing, bloodwork, urine, or anything. Be sure to ask them if they are sending this to quest diagnostics. If so, refuse it! You will receive an additional charge sometimes months after your appointment for ridiculous amount of money for testing that you thought was paid for at your doctors appointment. this is a scam. Even with negative results, you will be charged up the Yazoo! Horrible, horrible, medical company. This is what gives the medical industry a bad name. Shameful. read more

Made an appointment 2 days prior to when I needed my lab done. I got there 5 mins early to check in and take a seat, and I ended up waiting 30 mins and still didn't get called. I decided to leave and just go to another quest another day. They then sent out another patient to inform me that my name. After 30 mins was finally called after I had already sat in my car. I told her to tell the phlebotomist that I have things to do (which I did lol) and that I'll go somewhere else. I understand if I was a walk-in I would've had to wait 30 mins, but I had an appointment and was there earlier. read more

The experience with the staff was fine. The waiting room had a girl on her phone playing a game. It was very loud and very offensive to the others waiting as well. 15 min of hearing this and all complained when she went in. Should have a no cell phone notice! read more

The location and staff are still wonderful. However, be careful and be prepared for out of pocket charges. I went to this location for standard blood work for my annual physical. They said the total cost was roughly $550 and my insurance would only cover a portion..and that I owed them $125. I have a great insurance plan through my employer that covers care such as annual physicals. This is the first time that I have ever been charged out of pocket for standard blood work. Talking to other colleagues in the industry I was told that they are attempting to collect costs up front "in the event that 100%" of the costs aren't covered" You know what..in the future run the claim..provide me a copy of the Explanation of Benefits (EOB)...and bill me for services not covered. This is a piss poor business practice and I will go to Collaborative Labs the next time.... read more

This place sucks you can't get not a single sole person to just get a fax number, not even the button for hospital etc... still nothing.

In and out. Don't know what people are complaining about. Very straightforward process. Make an appointment if you don't want to wait around. Or, figure out when are not busy times. I went at 230 on a Thursday and got right in no problem. There were multiple people working there and friendly. Will frequent this establishment in the future if require any testing. read more

I walked in at 8:54 and saw 8 people waiting before me. Needless to say I was out of there by 9:15. Great speed, great service! And the needle didn't hurt either! read more

Went in with my Mom so she could get blood draw for test. Mom was the 8th person to be waiting first thing in the morning. The person who takes your info is also the person who draws your blood. There is only one person doing everything. Which is fine EXCEPT she was at the desk for 20 minutes before calling in the next person. That person was with her behind the scenes for 6 minutes. Then she went to the front desk and sat at her computer. We waited and waited. I asked the two people next to us how long that had been waiting. One said over an hour and the other said 50 minutes. After another 40 minutes went by and she didn't call anyone else she just sat at her computer. 6 original people were still waiting ahead of us and a few had come in and saw the wait and left. After another 20 minutes she still had not called another person. So we left and went to the location in Manchester. From walking in the door to leaving was 12 minutes at the Manchester location. The person working here is so rude and disrespectful of people's time. She never once acknowledged anyone waiting. She should not be working there. Quest diagnostics should be ashamed for having someone like her working here. read more

The place is clean- and when your turn finally comes, the service is fine. It's the lack of communication when you arrive. No one greets you.. You put your name on a list and wait with no information. Others are taken out of order.if you don't push in front you won't bus if you will be taken---does not feel professional. read more
