She recommended that I drink a lot of water before I arrive and she has a table where patients who tend to get light-headed can lie down during their blood draw. This has helped me so much! Now I don't dread blood tests anymore. I have had to go to a different ECHN lab (on Hartford Turnpike in Vernon) while this one was under renovations (until June 2018 I think) and it also went very well. I asked to lie down for my blood draw and was totally fine. The phlebotomist was another very pleasant person and I had a great experience there. I would highly recommend either of these ECHN outpatient labs.

Before coming in, I had seen quite a few bad reviews and was a bit scared, but after my experience (I've gone twice now), literally everything went exactly how it should have. I think the bad reviews are either a one-off or due to some people being entitled and upset they didn't get their way. Would definitely recommend this location!

At one point I was taken into the room, only to be told to go back into the lobby so the nurse could take someone who was late for her appointment. Then as I sat in the lobby, I got to listen to the nurses complain behind the door. As a healthcare worker, studying to obtain his doctorate, I can understand busy days. What I can't understand or tolerate is unprofessional behavior from staff. Do better.

The phlebotomist on duty both times I visited was an absolute gem! She's kind, gregarious, and efficient. She's the type of person you wish you could just adopt into your family immediately, even after the needle part (which she's great at!). My only complaint is the wait time, as she seems to always be the only person there. She does her absolute best to get people in and out while still maintaining an excellent standard of care, but the wait would be significantly less if there were two staff members working. Totally not her fault. Overall, I highly recommend this location, as both of my experiences have been wonderful!

My doctor sent me to Evergreen Imaging July 19. I had an MRI of my ear because I had a very…read moresevere ear infection. I had lost my hearing due to it. Then I went to see an ear specialist on July 24. When I got there I was told they did not have my MRI report. We had to go to Evergreen Imagining ourselves to obtain the MRI disk. Fortunately the Doctor could fit us in the next day so that he could read the disk. The radiologist had not sent the Doctor any report on my MRI. I went back to the ear specalist again on Aug 31 and he still had not gotten a report on my ear from evergreen. My whole experience with Evergreen was VERY frustrating. It inconvenient the Doctor and myself.
