Smiles and "Good Morning!" from every staff member she interacted with or passed within the facility. The technician (mom thinks her name was "Ida"), went above and beyond as there was an issue with the prescription mom brought with her. Ida called mom's physician's office, staying on hold for several minutes, then corrected the situation and carefully took care of mom. Top notch guys --Thank You for treating my mother as if she were your mother!

I called yesterday and arrived super early, thinking that it would be flooded with patients, but to my surprise - it was just me. I presented my order to the receptionist - who quickly took my information. Within 5 minutes, the phlebotomist called me back and my labs were complete. This facility is so clean, efficient, and the staff is so kind. To my knowledge - they do PT, lab draws, and imaging there. If you are in the Tampa Bay area and need any of these services through BayCare, I highly recommend this facility!
