From my first day at R3 to this very day they listen to my goals, concerns and help me achieve my goals in weight loss and getting stronger. They answer any questions I have and they truly want me to do better. I look forward to going to my sessions there. My only regret is not joining sooner! The space itself is very inclusive and they take anti-discrimination seriously. Pre-Covid they weren't the most attentive to cleanliness and sometimes ran out of cleaner and paper towels in the gym but that changed during Covid and they are extremely safe and strict on that and mask wearing. Gendered locker rooms, and nice showers with expensive amenities (shampoo/soaps/air fresheners). They also have a refrigerator and a common working space which was a bit utilitarian (read: the seats are uncomfortable), but hey, it existed. Plenty of parking in front and behind the building (closer to Bear's Smokehouse, even though it's a bit of a walk). Staff is friendly, but you may find that many of the people mentioned in these reviews are no longer at DAC. I would come during off peak hours and would be able to mess with the rack (two) or treadmills if I was into that. They have also have two peloton bikes that use the LOOK Delta clips so if you have SPDs, sorry. They also have a TRX machine, but I think you need a trainer with that one. I didn't love it enough to renew my membership because the fitness center is a bit small and completely got mobbed during peak hours pre COVID, but I felt like it offered a better value than similar fitness center style clubs in the area.

From my first step inside this Zumba studio, I knew I had made a good decision. After giving birth…read moreto my son in August of 2011, I found myself 50 pounds heavier. I had an incredibly hard time getting the weight off, but always noticed that when I exercised that weight fell off rather easily. Unfortunately I had a love/hate relationship with the gym, and while I would lose 10 pounds in a few weeks, I would gain it all back after my boredom with the gym caused me to go back to my old ways. I have found an exercise routine I can stick to and love thanks to The Wright Movez. This love stems from the following: 1. The owner and instructors. Natalie, the owner, truly has a heart of gold which radiates and thereby permeates the entire establishment. She cares about her members and it shows. The instructors are WONDERFUL. They are all friendly, engaging, and will not make you feel silly if you cannot catch the rhythm of the songs right away. Natalie's energy is contagious, and I always look forward to her classes! I especially appreciate that there are women of all sizes and colors who teach at this establishment. You can tell they are "feeling the music", and not just counting steps here. 2. Toning classes They also offer toning- which is essential to weight loss along with the cardio Zumba offers. The workouts are well rounded. 3. Diversity I LOVE the combination of ages and abilities here. I never feel out of place. 4. Events There are always events being held here- they also host events, as their flyer reads. 5. Location It's right off of I-95, on the Boston Post Rd. Although it is located behind a series of store-fronts, the large Zumba flags and banner makes it hard to miss. I've been going here for about two months and I am losing on average about 10 pounds a month... I know I am losing this weight (and toning!) the way I am because I love going and it has become a part of my daily routine. I can't say it enough. I absolutely love this place, and recommend it highly without reservation.
