The owner never tried to do right by me and I have an injury. My life has not been on track since I got hit. I'm just saying if you have a dispute with his guy, chances are he will be unscrupulous in his dealings. I have lost time and money that i can't recoup.

We liked his experience and reviews, so we hired him and his crew. They arrived on time and worked from 8:30-1:00, pruning and cleaning. I had given him a list of everything I expected, which matched our conversation the day of his bid. They did a wonderful job, attending to everything on my list, and I was very happy. I wanted to hire him to handle the yard work on a monthly basis, but he did not respond. I would recommend him for major projects, as he provided excellent service to me. To be honest, it really restored my faith in landscaping contractors. I submitted an online request for a quote and the next day Mike emailed me requesting pictures of what our project wanted to include. Originally we just wanted to pull out our front yard plants and redo just the front but there is a $5000 project minimum. After deciding to redo our turf and also include our backyard, Mike came out the next week for a free in person consultation and got me a detailed quote within 2 days. The turnaround time for everything was just amazing, I've never seen anything like it. Our lot is about 3615 sq ft to give a reference point. Our project included: all the labor to demolish/uproot all of our plants including a very large 20 year old tree in the backyard + all the roots (completed in 2-3 days), redid our front and backyard turf (completed in 2 days by Backyard Golf Company), added a veneer stone and cap on our retaining wall (1 week) and replanted all our plants/installed a drip sprinkler system/installed lighting front and backyard (1 week). We have an HOA and Mike had a complete detailed plan and diagram ready for us within 3-5 days. Once HOA got back to us, the project was started within a week and finished in the estimated time frame. Workers came promptly at 8 AM and they were actively working all day not just sitting around. Very respectful, even blowing all the dust at the end of the day to keep the area clean, no garbage left anywhere. The entire project was $30,000 and there weren't any surprise or unexpected costs. Invoices are sent every week on a reasonable schedule and I just loved our experience. I'd recommend Seabreeze to anyone wanting to do their hardscape landscaping in a heartbeat!

The project included removal of a concrete patio slab ( severely damaged by palm tree roots) as well as a connecting slab, approximately 12 yards. Excavation of another 12 yards of dirt and palm tree roots. Brought in, spread and compacted 14 yards of road base as a base for the 11.5 yards of new concrete. Also did grading and set up drainage as needed. All work was done by hand and wheel barrows as access was not big enough for equipment. Communication was excellent, on time every day, very flexible to make changes during the process, pricing was very fair. The finished product was everything I expected.

He also created documents to submit to our HOA for approval, and he was able to make changes quickly when needed. Victor and the crew were on time, efficient, and timely with the work. It was greatly appreciated that everything was washed down and cleaned by the crew at the end of each day. They were also able to make quick adjustments when our neighbor had some concerns with the hedges we wanted to plant. The scope of the work included adding a concrete pad, extending our concrete patio, planting privacy hedges with drainage and auto watering system, installing artificial grass with paver walkways, and adding pebbles along the exterior wall of our house. Since we have a soft watering system, we also had them install a separate line from the main. Overall, Caliscapes OC was professional, friendly, and accommodating.
