I was surprised that their quote was about 15% less than the best quote I had received. The quote was extremely detailed which I appreciated. I had a few questions and United answered them on the spot. The United team arrived as scheduled. I was a rainy day and they were going to need to move significant amounts of hardware over a muddy back yard. They have repaired and rebuilt my deck. Remodeled my fence/multiple gates and created a storage area to conceal my refuge bins and wheelbarrows. That doesn't sound like much - but this was all done to blend with the 18 year-old existing. This (his work) made it look like it was always there and that way! That is what I wanted. That is what he delivered. This was on top of a brand new concrete slab that was off from being perfect by enough to require his skills to make it look straight and right (it wasn't). He did that beautifully! He also has done work for me such as: building a generator storage shed (with a shingled roof) to match the house and it's new roof shingles, mount safety bollards, wheel stops for my boat and multiple fence support posts and post brackets to the new concrete. He has also removed and replaced my master bath toilet. His work and diverse skill levels are fabulous! I noticed a review that implied issues at one point. The installation team--Alex and Mykola--were fantastic. And Mykola, in particular, deserves an extra shout-out for his meticulous attention to detail. When it comes to quartz and countertops, precision is everything, and he truly delivered. Our template specialist, Mike, was also excellent--professional, accurate, and efficient. We had the worst experience with this company. During the installation their installers cracked the…read morebacksplash and rather than admit their mistake they filled it with epoxy and did not disclose that it was cracked. Unfortunately our Contractor also did not share that it was cracked and we only discovered it months later when grime and dirt started to show. We gave them every opportunity to make it right and they not only refused to pay for all the repairs and replace the quartz but along with the contractor they slandered and wrongly accused us of not paying our final bill to get out of having to make this right. Buyer Beware!
