I was extremely disappointed with Ferguson waterworks. I was doing a project that involved two of the products that they sell there. I was using a personal truck. I was told over the phone that I would be able to purchase what I needed without pre-ordering and no delay as long as I came in to the store. When I got there I was greeted by a somewhat hostile sales person who completely disagreed with everything I was told over the phone. He started in right away saying that the products I was guaranteed "were not available and that they do not carry landscaping cloth or the item made from plastic" to protect the underground waterway. That my whole plan was useless because his Iron pipe was $600 a foot that day and that was the only alternative to the design. I was told over the phone that they had plenty of landscaping cloth and that the plastic forms I was looking for were not a problem either. The man seemed to have no time for the promises made over the phone and sent me away without even having me inside or to look at the available products that they do sell here. This ended up costing me quite a bit because I drove nearly 25 miles out of my way and also delayed the project by nearly two weeks. main point: does not do what promised over phone, awkward and somewhat hostile personnel on site

I was very impressed with their variety, truly uniquely beautiful. They took all the time in the world helping me to pick out my slab and used their state-of-the-art equipment to help me see and place it to perfection. The owner of the business, Prim, came out himself to laser measure It is a great pleasure to be able to write such a favorable review about Denali Slab Studio! my counter tops. He said he liked to do this occasionally because he liked to be able to touch base with the clients and be hands on with the process. I was the lucky one, and very impressed with this commitment to his business. He was wonderful. I had an issue with a separate vendor working on the same project that affected what was happening with my countertops. Denali was quick to do what they could with the counter tops to accommodate the other companies mistake. My counters looked gorgeous. Here we are 4 years later. I have never had quartzite before. I was not sure that I was caring for it properly and thought that I should have Denali look at it for me. They gave me VIP service knowing that I purchased with them. The workers came out to seal it again for me. While they were here, they noticed some chips that had occurred. Even though they were only scheduled to do the seal, they went and got supplies they needed to fix this for me as well. They were unbelievably generous with to do all of this for me. I thought I posted the review already so forgive if this is a duplicate…read more Our designer highly recommended Denali and the sister cabinet company, Venetian for a remodel of our Kitchen and Family room. The designer's recommendation was a mistake. Most of my comments are more directed towards Venetian, but they are sister companies operating from the same location. Our interaction with the cabinet side was extensive and due to the nature of the product and required service, our interaction with the granite side was much less. Both sides were not very responsive and due to identical ownership and operating from the same location, they should be held equally accountable for poor service and poor QC. Venetian in particular was very non-responsive even after receiving deposits. Quality control is somewhere between low and non-existent. The combination of poor QC and non-responsiveness is a show stopper. When I say non-responsive, I mean no return calls or messages for more than a week at a time. Maybe even two weeks. Cabinet components with issues and no resolution or replacement parts for months. I could give more examples but that is enough. Being busy and making too much money during this boom period is no excuse for the poor QC and lack of responsiveness. On the positive side, the actual employees are friendly, likable and nice (Justun & Vince) and probably doing the best they can with a company that apparently doesn't value its clients or long term reputation. I could offer more comments, but as this is my second go at making my first YELP post, I need to move on. The fact that this is my first and only YELP post should tell you something. My advice is shop around and think long and hard before investing in this firm.
