He said that included a full inspection check on the lights, fluids, air in tires, wipers etc. Then he asked me was it my first time there. I said yes. He said he would take $30 off since it was my first time. I told him I wanted them to change the air filter as well, and that I'm sure that would make the price go back up. He said no, all the filters were included, even the one in glove compartment. (Never knew there was one there) I said great! He checked everything, then showed me the air filter. It was dirty and had gravel in the grooves. HE said it didn't need to be changed this time. I told him I wanted it changed. He seemed annoyed and said, let me see if I have one. Really??? I was thinking, isn't it included? He showed me the new air filter and said see its NEW. I replied, yes. He looked at my wipers and said hmm what do you think? It's going to rain this week. I told him they were just changed! He said for future reference, they have those, as well. Then when the time came to pay, he charged me $ 27.99 for the air filter. (I thought that was included) $ 81.99 for the oil, $ 17.56 for the labor, that he failed to mention in the beginning when I asked what the cost would be for an oil change. I even said you didn't mention the labor cost. He didn't reply. He did take $ 10.00 off. When I mentioned he told he would take $30 off. He said he never said that. Which he most certainly did. The total ended up being $ 105.75. Almost double of what I was expecting. I was in shock! I'm not sure what I said. I know that he could tell by the look on my face that I wasn't happy. When I started to drive off, he was trying to tell me something. My window was rolled up, then I heard him say, I want to say something. I rolled my window down. He said, mam, did I tell you $ 30. off? I said yes you did! He told me to hold on, came back and handed me a $20. I'm not exactly sure what I said. I think I laughed and drove off. I will NEVER go back there again!! I felt deceived and taken advantage of! Just because I'm a female, he felt Entitled to screw me over! NEVER AGAIN!!

I went in kinda late one evening due to my brakes scrubbing and making some crazy noise . He came and explained what was gonna be done and that the brake inspection wouldnt cost me anything (mason was already working on the truck ) . after about 35 minutes or so lane came and explained what was needed , what was the most important as far safety (I have 3 kids that I have with me most times ) and what could be held off on on versus the immediate needs ! I'd say by this time it's getting pretty close to closing time but Lane and mason jumped right in and didn't mind staying and doin the work!! Honestly I was shocked most people now a days don't stay after their scheduled shift and it was nice that they did with no issue ! they worked diligently as I watched from inside . Lane came inside about the half way mark and explained what they were doin at that point and that it would still be about another 45 mins or so before they were finished !
