Brinker was not the cheapest but I felt the price was reasonable and the job when finished was truly exceptional. My house is sealed up tight. Every bit of the old dirty stained and stinking insulation removed (a huge undertaking) and replaced with clean, odorless insulation after disinfectant and deodorizing. Furthermore, the house is "armor plated" when it comes to vermin. Now he comes once a year for a reasonable follow-up fee and his job guaranteed permenantly. What's not to like about that. We tried everything. Coaxing him out with food & treats. All the usual stuff that typically works for our DOMESTICATED animal and NOTHING. We feared the worst since we could not get him to respond. We thought he was stressed, dehydrated and too weak to get himself out from wherever he was. After trying to seek help from our local animal control, vet AND fire department with no advice, we turned to AAAC. Christian was fantastic. He came out with his partner and was kind, patient, knowledgeable and very hardworking. He had a very calming presence which kept us from spiraling and assuming the worst. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little kids who were at home. Christian and his partner were in our attic for approximately two and a half hours, crawling through insulation then ultimately used their thermal equipment to locate Mowgli. My husband and I genuinely felt like these guys were committed and went out of their way to help us in an emergency situation. Called Larkey Pest Control and Kelly scheduled an appointment. Corey arrived right at the scheduled time. He had a mask on and walked around the house and identified areas that needed to be fixed. He sprayed repellent in the attic and gave a quote for the rest of the work. He also gave me great advice to fix a termite problem on my own. He gave an assurance that the issue will be taken care of. I called Kelly to schedule time for the work to be completed. I will leave an review once the additional work is completed. I called them based on reviews from my neighbors and they are honest and reliable.

I can't remember it ever happening, until today. Corey completely explained why it would be a waste of money to spray some hornets that have been hanging around our house, since the upcoming cool weather will take care of them for us. Along with his knowledge and honesty, he's one of the nicest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give, because this amazing, family-run business absolutely deserves them. I can't recommend them highly enough.
