We'd been having a problem with mud daubers coming into our house, so I requested them come and see if they can find where they're potentially coming from. Our technician (I think his name was Trey, I'm horrible with names) came in, sprayed the basewall of the house, and didn't really say much about the issue. Afterwards he worked on the outside of the house, but I can at the very least tell that he missed a nest that I specifically told him about, and left without saying a word. (again, was expecting him to come in and give the run down of what he did / found, contacted cs and they left a note for the next technician to do this before leaving) We'll see if the issue still persists and probably call for a follow up if it does. At the very least customer service is quick and helpful with their response, and I'll update this review if the problem does not persist *update: They responded to our review with a follow up regarding the services provided. I received a call from Mike explaining what happened, and got a lesson in pests which was nice because googling was not as helpful as it could be. Trey came back and this time was more thorough with explaining to us what was going on, so pretty much my complaints were addressed.

When I asked him why I was still seeing fleas after he treated, he informed me by law he wasn't allowed to come back out and treat for 2 weeks. We eventually called someone else out(after our flea problem had gotten much worse), who informed us whatever he sprayed in our home wasn't even the right stuff for fleas, and the two week thing was a lie. So between the gaslighting me, awful service, and the tension he caused between me and my spouse I would not recommend using this company. The new guy I had come out told us we were the second customer he had gotten from this company that week for awful service, if that tells you anything. Brinker was not the cheapest but I felt the price was reasonable and the job when finished was truly exceptional. My house is sealed up tight. Every bit of the old dirty stained and stinking insulation removed (a huge undertaking) and replaced with clean, odorless insulation after disinfectant and deodorizing. Furthermore, the house is "armor plated" when it comes to vermin. Now he comes once a year for a reasonable follow-up fee and his job guaranteed permenantly. What's not to like about that. I have a sign on the gate that says beware of dog, well they see that and leave, they don't even try to contact us. normally when we know they are coming the dogs are put up. Their customer care keep telling me they could send a supervisor out, but I have had a supervisor out twice with nothing done. They can not even knock down the wasp nest, really poor service. Oh don't get their over rated termite service, it is a scam if they actually. They have billed me for the service and never came out to check the bait stations. They are very professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. They also call before they come and if you want they let you know when they arrive and finish. Ryan Anderson, an employee that does my house frequently, is very punctual, reliable, professional, friendly, and does an excellent job. It is a good value for pest control, very reasonable. I like that they have I'd badges and professional matching business shirts. If you do not want to see them or you are not at home when scheduled, you can reschedule or leave your gate unlocked. Ryan has always made sure they are locked when he finishes. I highly recommend them for pest control.
