So the anxiety was definitely there. But after talks with Dr Hickson and staff - I was confident I chose the right guy for the procedure. Walked in anxious confident... I will definitely update if anything negative pops up. Respectfully, A satisfied Bryan Smith

Entire bill after insurance adjustments was $418 for a 10 min initial visit($225) $65 copay, a urine sample with labs($600) $288, and a 5 min check up a month later($125) $65 copay. Never heard anything about the results of the labs until I called and asked about them after being asked to pay for the expensive in house lab work, was billed for about 8 or 9 different test at $195-$65 each on the tiniest little Dixie cup sample of urine I've ever had to give. Im still dealing with the discomfort I went in for originally as well. Don't want to bash them too hard but for what I paid id prefer to have my issue resolved but only was prescribed a steroid and am now dealing with the same worsening issue months later. I'd like to say the care was good but the visits are super quick and seem more like guessing than really figuring out the underlying issue and treating it. I came in with imaging from touchstone and a diagnosis (hydrocele) which the doc disagreed with. Won't name my doctor because I did like him but I don't think he got the diagnosis correct. I've now moved states and have to start this entire process over again. Would not recommend this Urology Office based on overall experience.

It's a medical building where tests and doctors are so it's hard to get excited about being there…read more I was there as my Mom's chauffer as she was having x-rays taken of her swallowing. She's good, figured out it wasn't an illness and got a recommended treatment option. Tip - use the free Valet parking unless you like to drive around in circles. The building itself was a bit hard to find as it was our 1st time there, but once we figured out the numbering system we found it. You go to a main check in desk to check in and then wait in the small waiting area for your name to be called. They do have a cool waterfall to watch. Your name is called by an intake person (this person was probably the worst part of the visit, no smile and we were suppose to know what to do without being told). Paperwork completed and we were sent out to the reception desk and told where to go next. Checked in at the new location reception desk, handed a pager and told to wait. Larger waiting area and after about 10 minutes the pager went off (this is like one you'd get at a restaurant, brilliant idea so you don't have to wonder if that was your name they called). Very nice medical person led us to the next stage of our journey and that's a good thing because it involved hallways, and elevator and more hallways leading to a room at the end of a deadend hallway. This was weird as there was no waiting area, but I needed to wait outside the film room because radiation. My seating choices were a desk chair with no arms and a chair with arms and one with out. The room had very little light and I almost expected Michael Myers to appear. Mom's process took about 15 minutes and I was welcomed into the film room when the tech showed us the film and explained what she saw was happening and recommended a course of treatment and a follow up with her own doctor. And the nice man who led us down there took us back to the topside to send us on our way. I have had really bad experiences in medical buildings, this was pretty good and the process of checking in waitng and the pager seemed at times brilliant to me.

Dr. Honestly and the Nurse Emma outstanding. Very clear and compassionate in my experience.read more

I was never told of this policy before. When I went in to inquire, I was told it used to be $25 but the office manager recently increased the fee to $50. She said I should consider myself lucky that I was never charged in the past. This is totally unprofessional. This should be included in what the nurse already does and is paid for. I told the woman behind the glass that she could either waive the fee or lose me as a patient. So now I'm on the search for a new urologist. I have no problem whatsoever driving to Norman, OKC, Sherman, TX or even Dallas for a urologist I only see 1-2 per year. They lost a long standing, paying customer over $50. How long will it be before they start charging for the use of the bathroom? I find it hard to believe that either Bo or Henry are aware of the practice employed by their staff. It's also unlikely that Bo will ever see or hear about this, I wish I could somehow get his cell phone number or email address.
