I had order issues n this people at this headquarters corporate office staff name sabiha didn't care bother to solve my issues. I had quick check Madison New Jersey store order issues, Went to this quick check Madison New Jersey location n I had super bad issues n they don't pay attention to my order for Portuguese roll with regular butter n jelly this location staff don't pay real attention, they gave me peanut butter with jelly which I don't eat peanut butter. Even I spoke to this Madison New Jersey area manager n she also didn't care bother to solve my issues. They literally told me lies that they will refund my $2.40 just $2.40 n they didn't refund me. My god what an irresponsible people they are. Even the area manager didn't care. Pictures below. They should pay real attention.. and they the recommend n worst worst services. I shop at the New Quick Chek store in Sayreville NJ on Bordentown Ave . Very nice job on the store. One of the nicest quick checks I've been in. I love quick Chek Colombian coffee. Unfortunately I go to work early in the morning. I'm in the quick Chek approximately 4:30 AM daily along with other people going to work there was never anyone behind the cash register in the self-service kiosk I turned off. I hear a voice every day say I'll be right there, sir And the lady is in the back making coffee or whatever she's doing but never at the register. I have a limited time in the morning like most people quick Chek is supposed to be convenient it's not if I have to wait to pay for coffee and other stuff.. I'm sure you have cameras in the store and can review them. You look at them daily at 4:30 AM and you'll see what I'm talking about. read more

I'm 59 have been going to Quick Check most of my life 7 day's a week and just have been noticing the cleanliness around the coffee stations and other areas that just hasn't been being kept up. The last 5-6 months I wanted to order a simple bagel with cream cheese . The employees behind the counter just laugh and said we don't have any and I said in the last 5-6 months no cream cheese..... and you also provide some awesome soup but at times its either empty or you only provide one variation .... I even tried to call your cooperate office to place a complaint three times to call back... Nothing .... So I guess I'll be taking my business else where (WAWA) If only if you could address the management to place orders in a timely manner and talk with the staff which could be more courteous instead of smoking outside the building read more

You know that is fake and i believe there is a law saying if an establishment serves food they must offer a bathroom. Where do employees go and wash their hands? hello my name is susan I came in to Quick chek on may 13 2023 at 12:50PM I was going to get my tea and there was no regular tea bags out so I went to the deli counter to see who can get me my tea bags the girls told Mark who is a manager At Quick Chek if he could help me and Mark was not nice at all with an attitude he gives me one teabag I said can I have another because I get an extra large and I like two teabags in my extra large cup and Mark said this is why there's no teabags out because people grab 10 of them and put them in their pocket I said I don't know what anybody else does but I'm just asking for another teabag to put in my extra large cup Mark was very rude and did not like giving me any teabags and had an attitude the whole time that I just stop talking because it wasn't getting anywhere.... then there is Gina who is so loud rude and obnoxious in quick chek that store is like a joke i also got into an argument with Gina because she said that I was the only one complaining about the teabags I don't want to hear people yelling and screaming when I come in for my cup of tea early in the morning and everybody is so loud in that place the deli counter is constantly talking....a lot of people will be waiting it's disgusting I won't order from there no more..,I don't understand the people you have in that place and then there's Mattie who is so loud crazy got into a fight with a gas station attendant one night that I was there in the early morning hours why im coming in to get my cuppa tea....she quit they hired her back now she's working in the afternoon and she's crazy I really don't want to hear or see people fighting and being so loud in the store and talking about everybody and talking about the store I don't care I'm a paying customer I don't need to come in to all of that....I just like to get my stuff and leave.... i went on a interview today at store number136 in jackson nj 08527 this was my second interview my first interview went well and i was very excited about working there the asstistant manager was very friendly and detailed everything i needed to know.unfortunatley todays interview with the manager was very stressful and unprofessional i have been a nurse and a teacher was looking for just part-time but when a possible future employee is told about piercings and tatoos and the manager has tatoos on her left forearm one begins to wonder.so i let that go but then she proceedes to interview in a area where customers are eating and talking it was very odd and uncomfortable she even was rude to a customer who was listening cause i made a comment about why are we interviewing here. she then stated no one goes in my office!! so needless to say the interview ended terrible experience............ read more

On August 19th, I ordered a sandwich at store #038, the sandwich was okay but the cleanliness in the deli section was unbelievable. There was unwrapped lunch meat and pretzel bread exposed on the counter behind the workers as they prepared food for the customers, a fly flying overhead the workers and dead stink bugs in the overhead light fixtures. Today at the rte. 23 Sussex gas station "Karl" for the second time pumped the wrong gas into my vehicle. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake but this time he argued with me and insisted I told him to put in regular. I NEVER put regular into my vehicle. I will go to another gas station if Super is not available.Ido believe if the next time I go to this Quickchek gas station and I see "Kark" I will leave and go to another station. read more
