I use mobile ordering so my order is ready for me when I get there. I'd highly recommend Starbucks mobile ordering as it takes entirely too long if you order in the store. I'm also a huge fan of the Egg Bites. Give them a shot if you are looking for something for breakfast. This particular store is always very clean and the employees are helpful. Absolutely no complaints from me there. The parking lot can be a little hectic so be aware of that.

Luckily, the line is never usually that long but the service is not efficient. It takes forever for them to make your coffee and they usually have about 3 people working. She completed the re-fund, but couldn't figure out how to do it properly. After a couple of minutes of trying, she reluctantly called the owner over. The owner was sitting having coffee. The owner rolled her eyes, and made a big deal about coming over to help her employee/me. The person at the counter repeatedly apologize to me and I said it's no big deal. Meanwhile, the owner said to her "you should be apologizing to me for making me get up and making a mistake." She then proceeded to raise her voice at her employee, belittling her in front of me, other customers, and other employees. When the owner finally finished the transaction, I said, thank you, and told her that she was very rude to her employees, and she shouldn't talk to them that way. She sarcastically told me I love you too, and blew me kisses. I raised my voice and told her that the way that she treated them was disgusting and I would never come back. She got irate with me and further yelled at her employees. I did walk out finally, and told a gentleman who was pulling in what had happened. He turned around and left without his coffee. I did immediately call and the initially offered to take half the cost off, I did not believe this to be fair as I had only received the fruit which if purchased separately would have been significantly less. After being on hold for a few min they were able to credit back an acceptable amount. They also recognized that I also had an upcoming lunch and they would make sure it was correct.
