They're in the same complex as Container Store and Shake Shack. Only complaint is it's only accessible from Eisenhower going towards Roseland. Not a pleasant experience. First of all there is a big now hiring sign on the window. Clearly the place would be understaffed...I should have left... The male cashier was very friendly. He took my order, but informing me that the store ran out of pineapple base for the refreshers. Fine, I ordered a different base. Next came the worst part. There were only 2 baristas, and one of them was clearly new. In the meantime, the lady manning the drive through kept saying "OMG". The male cashier was eating instead of helping to at least lined up the cups. The new barista was very slow. It took 10 minutes for my order to be completed. If the store is understaffed, it should close the drive through. I don't think I will ever come back here again. read more

I came to this location with my coworker and she ordered a broccoli cheddar egg quiche and she kindly shared half of her quiche with me. It was really tasty with a really nice consistency delicious! Came here for a quick caffeine break as it's walking distance from my office. It's a nice large Starbucks with plenty of seating indoors and an outdoor patio. They had two refrigerated sections. My drink was made correctly so that's always nice and it was made quickly. read more

This location just opened up within the last couple of months (maybe 3 months ago) and I like it! Its very spacious with plenty of tables and space to lounge around and get some work done while drinking a nice cup of coffee. The baristas were very pleasant and courteous upon paying for my coffee and the coffee was made within a reasonable amount of time. This location is in a small plaza that also home to "Shake Shack" and "Blaze Pizza" so it makes a nice addition to the businesses already there. Additionally, there is a drive through for Starbucks for the cold winter season that is upon us just in case you don't want to get out your car. Overall, there wasn't any bad things to say about this location and I strongly recommend anyone in the area to go there if your in the mood for a nice cup of coffee! read more

Called SB customer service, complained and was told they can't do anything for me; but customer service too wondered why this place won't make a pour over decaf. Told the waitress that I call customer service and that they wondered too why no pour over. Now comes the shift manager "you should have asked for a pour over right away." I said "that's a really stupid - I DID asked the waitress for a pour over!" Now the shift leader calls the police accusing me of "swearing." Police came, talk to me and the shift leader. So this has become my go to starbucks place because the staff is ALWAYS friendly and the space here is great and comfortable to do work at. This place also has a drive thru so you can order on your mobile app and just come pick it up without leaving your car. The interior is very clean and open, great for groups or for meetups. The drinks and food is always spot on; they even go the extra mile to make sure you like it and if not, they're more than happy to remake it for you. They're very quick, i never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Overall, this is the best starbucks in town, definitely recommend coming here rather than the other starbucks nearby. read more

Definitely need to work out some kinks on the service end. Sure, you're getting the same food and drink here as just about any other Starbucks. However, be prepared to wait a touch longer than most other locations. If the Short Hills Mall location operated at this pace, the line would be all the way to Bloomingdale's. The drive-through is supposed to add to the convenience. I've found it faster to go inside. Which leads to my next point: Parking is pretty tight. Too many stores and not quite enough parking. With other stores in this mall coming soon, parking will only become more of a problem. Hopefully they'll work out their service issues, as it may soon be tough to get out of your car. The staff isn't overly friendly either. Not a smile to be seen. The inside is rather cold and uninviting. Where are the comfortable chairs and private tables? Let's start off by saying I love Starbs and have been a member for 4+ years. I have been coming to this location for about two months now since it's close to my new job - very convenient! But now I won't be back. I haven't been back there in a little over a week, until today because my experience last time was less than pleasant. The barista that was working the drive thru again today was extremely rude for the second time. I said thank you very politely and he ignored me. When he handed me my last item, I said I hope you have a good day and he rolled his eyes at me. ACTUALLY ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME. I get that people have bad days, but on two different occasions? Come on. Starbucks, do better when you hire employees. That was extremely uncalled for, rude and actually unbelievable that someone in a customer service position could be such a jerk. I have only been here a few times and always use the drive-through, which is convenient. My orders have always been correct and the employees are polite. It's located within a strip of high volume stores so at certain times of the day (especially lunchtime) it can be a bit challenging navigating the parking lot in order to get to the drive through lane. read more

Horrible and Uninviting attitudes from the baristas. I went through the drive up and ordered a caramel frap and one caramel ribbon crunch. Both drinks were watery and overfilled with milk. I asked the young lady at the window if she could remake the drinks and she overlooked me as if she didn't understand. Unfortunately, I had to get out my car and take the drinks back in to have them remade. There was a guy behind the register who insisted that the drinks are always made this way. I think this was my worst Starbucks experience yet. Was there at 3:30 today. It's as loud as a cheap cafeteria in there. Then one or two of the young people working there was popping her chewing gum for at least 20 minutes. Hard to believe you could hear her over staff noise, but we did. At some point while we were sitting at the front windows, staff needed, right that minute, to wash the windows behind us. This is a newly opened Starbucks in Livingston right within the Livingston Circle. They're housed in the area with Shake Shack, Blaze Pizza and The Container Store. The bonus of this Starbucks is there is a drive-thru! Where were you when I had an infant?!? Needless to say, since I've been coming here, my drinks have always been consistently good. I've had no issues ordering ahead and my drink being ready to go. There hasn't been much of a wait any time I have come, even at peak hours, maybe because people still go to the one in town center or the Roseland location or this one just hasn't been totally discovered yet? Speaking of, this Starbucks is sandwiched right in between those two locations. The staff isn't overly friendly - they kind of just get the job done and seem to talk to themselves mostly. The inside is spacious, with a large communal table in the middle, along with a few other tables and chairs throughout. I thought it might be bigger but it does the job. They also have outdoor seating, but it faces a parking lot, which leaves a little to be desired for. The one negative here is the parking lot. I wish there was more parking here. That's one drawback from the town center location that I thought might be rectified here. While there's adequate parking for the shopping mall, on a busy day, parking can be very limited. I also hate the exit and having to go all the way down Eisenhower to get back to the circle, but I can deal for my vanilla chai tea cravings! read more

I was first on line today at their Drive Thru at about 1030 am. The indoor site wasn't too busy. And yet it took almost ten minutes to get my order of one Tall pumpkin latte. I was also asked twice if I wanted whipped cream, after I had first replied "no." I understand this location has recently opened, but I'll stick to one of two other local Starbucks that handle orders in a more timely manner. read more

Loving that this location has a drive thru especially being near Rt 10, that's definitely convenient. I been both inside and the drive thru and the staff has always been very nice and professional. My drinks were done as ordered and my mobile orders were ready on time. The place looks clean. It's not a super big location, but I've seen some people working inside with their laptops. Went through the drive thru that took forever yesterday. I ordered pulled up the window and a girl said did you place an order. Ummmmm really????? So I had to reorder at the window and wait another 4 minutes for a latte. The price is higher bc it's a drive thru. I was shocked that a tall latte was only a few scents cheaper than a grande so I asked for a receipt. Wow that took another two minutes. She didn't know how to do it. She asked for help. This Starbucks is sometimes satisfactory. Most of the time, they give orders correctly. Pretty often they do mess up drinks. For example, I have asked for no whipped cream on my hot chocolate, and I have whipped cream on multiple occasions. Also, when I went to Starbucks and gave them a credit card, they never gave it back. When I went back to get it, they said that they didn't know where it was. They took contact information, but they never found it and then we had to get a new credit card. They do often mess up, but they do try their best at least. read more
