Some of these young low seniority employees at this place are pitiful. One day, if they don't get fired first, they will have the seniority, maturity and seriously care about the level of service they provide. They would then have the ability to choose a better work location. I'd have an attitude and scheme to avoid my work as well if I worked in a warm raisin box 5-6 days a week. You must crawl before you walk. Some folks really know the reason they're working for the USPS and the fill ins are struggling to get it. I appreciate my regular carrier to the fullest. The 5 stars are for her performance only. 1 star thumbs down for the fill ins.

She told me to come in as the price is generated and could not give me pricing on the phone. Normally I would just by past and no go to a place that tells me that but I went because of her manners and patience. Went in less than 10 minutes I was out the door. She explained to me everything , had a great spirit and the whole place was warming , smelled good while a candle was lit "warm vanilla" (yes I'm observant ). The place was clean. The table that when you come in the door to your right was clean (no fingerprints on the glass ) and even the baseboards was clean. This was my first time in a Tag & Title place and people always tells me story on how they are ghetto and hood but no it definitely was not. I really appreciate the customer service and the timely fashion everything was done. First time ever renewing my tags and changing over my personalized plates to standardized. Chatting with some folks And they mention a mobile phone repair service which you're thinking is too good to be true... or is it? Went online to the website and made an appointment at 8:53 AM figuring it was a longshot that they would actually be able to accommodate my 12 noon request and voilà-Joe comes to the rescue! He calls me and lets me know he's en route to my location and would call me upon arrival, which he surely did. He came upstairs to my office, fixed my screen, provided me with another screen protector at a relatively minimal cost and he even helped me and my crazed self become untangled from my necklace and headphones (don't ask!). Joe was super cool, personable and most importantly-fast! 20 mins later, screen was fixed and he was on his way. I honestly think he was finished sooner than he called me but was giving me a few more minutes because I was so frazzled. Excellent customer service and job well done.
