Johnny is a thief, liar, scammer, and incompetent little man. The Groupon coupon lured me to his shop for a simple screen replacement. I should've paid attention to the red flags. What's bad is I let him fix his previous mistakes. I let a thief open my phone and steal parts twice ‍. Cellularport fixed the brackets he left off that keeps the connectors in place and removed the plastic seal he left on that was running my phone hot about to blow it up. They gave me a receipt, a screen protector, a free charger and warranty feeling sorry for me. They only charged me $70 to fix his cheap screen and errors. He was defensive when I told him about his mistakes and made racist and insulting remarks as if I didnt try to give his small business a chance. Weeks later they said he didn't work in Sharpstown Jewelry store anymore, he moved. FOR SURE A SCAMMER! read more

I came here to get my daughters phone fixed both the glass and LCD screen. He was not able to properly put the screen and did not provide a screen protector with the repair, The worst part of it all he did not have the part in stock which he had to drive to another store said it was going to take less than 20 mins and over an hour later he comes back with the part. Did not offer a discount for the wait time. Horrible service here. Do not go here if you want to quality work. This place is all about quantity not quality. Sad place of business! The man fixing the phone is apparently the owner. Do not trust him! His number is 832-800-6276. I went to another phone repair place and they were able to properly replace the phone screens and determined that the previous screens were not placed on properly and provided a screen protector with the repair. A few days ago I came in to make a trade for iPhone parts. When I came in he tried to lowball me on the price as if my parts were no good. So I decided not to trade with him. When I got ready to leave he asks for 2 parts for his iPhone 7s and that he would cash app me the money later once he check to see if they worked. When I text him about it he pretends as if he doesn't remember and then doesn't mention ANYTHING about paying me. It's a whole scam if you ask me. If you're too cheap to buy parts just say that. Nope, nope, nope and nope. I went in on November 9, 2020 originally to get my Apple Watch series 3 fixed. I asked if it looked fixable. He said he could get it fixed and running. I don't live anywhere in the area so asked when he could get it fixed. He said couple of days. It was more than a couple of weeks finally I was able to go pick up. He said I had to charge for it to turn on. Went home let it charge all night IT NEVER CAME ON. I told him that it is not working so I took back up there again I live no where in the area. I only went to this guy because on Groupon he has 5 star reviews which I have no idea how they accomplished that and it was cheap. He was not able to fix my watch after I gave him 2 more weeks to fix and he kept asking me for more money cause he would have to buy more parts. I told him I would not be giving him anymore money. He said if I could bring in my 2 cracked phones and he would just fix those since he was not able to fix my watch. It is now December 23 and I brought an iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 8 Plus which were working only had cracked screens. I asked if I could pick up towards beginning of January and he said he was off. So finally January 11, 2021 I was able to pick up my phones. To my surprise he still has not fixed my phones. I drove all the way from my house just to see my phones in even worse condition. One phone screen was fixed but phone no longer worked and the other phone wasn't even put together. He pretty much screwed me out my money and time. This is a piece of sh** business and 1000% would not recommend. I beg you do NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. They will just take your money. Went there because of Groupon just for my screen to be fixed glass. when I got there it was difficult to find bc of the location and how the place looks. Doesn't loon professional. it looks like a place people get lured and kidnapped at. Anyway i arrived he claimed the glass repair to fix the phone was significantly more than what the Groupon clearly stated not fixed glass repairs he tried to say it meant it fixed some other part of the phone not the cracked screen to be fixed which didn't make any sense. But he said I'll do you a deal so he could keep my business. Just scammer vibes,I went ahead and got my screen fixed bc it was getting late and I needed my phone for work and I drove out my way to him bc of the price on Groupon. Phone looked line but days later my led in my phone began going out. Took it to Apple and they said whoever fixed my phone damaged/cut a short in whatever part that helped my phone screen present what it presents. Had to simply buy a new phone whenever I just bought the phone in October of last year from APPLE. That's over a 2000$ wasted bc I let this egghead buying a phone for my bday and having to buy a brand new one months later in 2021. Do not waste your time.
