This was about a month ago, and I just remembered this horrible experience. I scheduled a simple oil change for 11:30 in the morning. I got there 10 minutes early and dropped my keys off and informed the guy at the front desk. After that, I walked somewhere to grab lunch, and I got back an hour later to my car in the same spot. I ask the guy at the front desk what had happened, explaining that I had made an appointment. And he said his guys were at lunch or something. I asked when he would think the service would be complete, and he states around 2:30, 3 hours after I had scheduled my appointment. I work in customer service, I understand that certain things are out of your hands, however this is unacceptable. I never spoke to any of the guys in a mean tone or even gave a nasty look. So fast forward to 2:30, I've gotten to walk around the entire area. I walk back in, and my car has not been moved. It is in the same spot it was THREE HOURS AGO. Now I ask the guy when he thinks my car would be available, and he says he doesn't know. My entire day has been wasted by this point and I am pretty frustrated, but I have not shown one ounce of anger towards these slow working men. I end up taking an hour and a half walk to the mall and come back, to see that they FINALLY moved my car, however they haven't started working on it. This time I sit in the little lounge that they have with little amenities and just sit and watch them work, still without giving a single nasty look. It is around 5 that my car is finished and I can leave. So 6 and a half hours after they were supposed to start. If time is money, they owe me. And I am not stating that I was being nice to them to pat myself on the back, I am giving them no excuse for this horrible service. I never want to go back there but fear that I must, in order to maintain the warranty on my car. Zero stars if I could. You guys owe me for an entire day. read more

I have been coming to Quick Lane RELIGIOUSLY for all of my car work since I purchased my car in March of 2018. I had never had an issue so I had never had to deal with their management. However, on 3/3/23 I took my car in there to have a headlight replaced, an oil change, and a new tire put on. They quoted me $180-ish for my tire and $13 for the headlight. The oil change was normal price. When I went to pickup my car, it was almost $600. I spoke with, Chris-the manager, and he and I worked it down to about $285 for all of it. There were a lot of charges he couldn't explain & he eventually took them off and lowered the other prices to what I was quoted. I took off to Nashville that evening. The next day, I spent 5 hours at a Ford dealership in Nashville because the undercover on my car was halfway detached. I had to wait for them to get me in & missed out on hours of my weekend away. I called Chris & he stated that I'd get reimbursed if I brought in what they charged me. They felt so bad in Nashville that they didn't charge me at all. Since that, I've had to put air in my other tires multiple times even though they told me I only had 1 bad tire, so I only got one replaced. I've had nothing but a headache of issues since the last time they worked on my car. I called Chris to attempt to rectify this situation, but he just made excuse after excuse. No offering of refunding anything considering I've spent countless hours getting work redone on my car and airing up my "perfect" tires. At this point, I feel like everything I paid should be refunded, but I'll just bite it because I will never return there again. As a former employee, who left on good terms for a career in the fire service, I recall honesty and integrity was a huge part of this shop. So much so that I had my grandmother take her car there to get checked out while I was on shift for 48 hours. Didn't turn out well. Vehicle went in for a brake light illuminated on the dash. Came out with $2500 worth of work. Wouldn't be too bad if the brake light on the dash wasn't still on, never verified the original issue. The vehicle now has a knock when driving over bumps that was not there before service and they are refusing to fix. Stabilizer links were damaged when they replaced the front struts that were not bad to begin with. After 5 years I spent as a lead tech and shop foreman at this place I get talked to like I have no clue what I'm talking about. Blatant disrespect over the phone from advisors, techs that won't back up their own work and a manager that will not return phone calls is ridiculous. if you are in the market to have work done on your vehicle I will no longer recommend this place to anyone. Find a better place to go And save yourself the hassle of being talked down to and told you will have to pay more for something they broke. read more

Were my go to place for all three vehicles. This was second visit since ownership change. Jiffy Lube here we come. I checked in for a routine oil change. I informed them the check engine light was on, even gave them the code and asked them to trouble shoot. 2 and 1/2 hours later they finished the oil change, brought my car outside, then told me it would 1-2 hours before they could trouble shoot the engine code. They told me I needed new tires and asked if I would like a quote. I told them yes, but not to give me a quote on the ones I have because they didn't last. The quote they gave me is for the same tires that are on the car. They did NOT provide me with a verbal nor a written inspection report. The very young oil change technician kept chatting with the technician in the stall next to him. Which might explain why it took 45 minutes to a basic oil change, check the tires the engine air filter. NOTE: Didn't inspect the cabin air filter nor rotate the tires. VERY disappointed with Quick Lane since ownership change. Service reps are not very friendly. read more

Customers Beware: We brought my vehicle in for a routine transmission fluid flush because my mechanic husband didn't want to mess with it. We arrived when they opened and were told it would be 1.5-2 hours. We returned after 2 hours and were told that during the test drive (why did they do that?), they noticed the engine clicking and recommended diagnostics. My husband declined because this is a common, non-issue, occurrence with the fuel pumps in these vehicles. Then we were told that the tires were "knobby" and recommended an alignment. We said no to this as well as the tires have less than 10,000 miles on them. After we declined these erroneous services, he said they would proceed with the trans fluid!! What!?! Not only has it been over 2.5 hours and my requested service not completed, but they're trying to sell services which are not needed!!! If my husband wasn't a mechanic, I'm sure I would have spent way more money on erroneous services! We will not be back! read more
